John Legend knows how to keep his knockout girlfriend, model Chrissy Teigen happy. Take her shopping on Robertson Blvd! Chrissy got happier as the shopping bags multiplied. She’s the Thai-Norwegian model who caused a stir among John’s fans. But they’ve been together over a year now and a side benefit is the fact that no one’s implying that Legend is gay any more. (He does have an affinity for ascots.)

It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)
