Hard to believe that model Christie Brinkley has already been eligible for Social Security for a year – she turns 66 on Feb 2! But retirement is not in her near future. Besides modeling, Christie has her name on a skin care line, hair extensions, eyeglasses, and the sparkling wine she’s promoting in New York. This adds up to quite a nice financial empire- Christie is now worth around 80 million dollars. Not only that, but she’s single!

Christie Brinkley Dancing With the Stars Fake! Injury Wendy Williams

YOU CAN’T FOOL WENDY WILLIAMS!

Love, love, love, Wendy Wlliams’ theory on what REALLY happened to Christie Brinkley and Dancing with the Stars. Wendy is convinced that Christie, 65, FAKED that shoulder injury that supposedly happened during practice last Thursday, just so her model daughter Sailor could take her place and dance on the show! Wendy has a good point: Sailor is 21 and not famous enough to be invited to do the show herself. Wendy thinks Christie agreed to appear and schemed ahead of time to have Sailor take her place! It’s great publicity for Sailor! What’s more, Wendy summed it up with a wink “You can LOOK like a teenager on the outside, but it’s all 65 on the inside!”
(It will be interesting to see if Sailor knows the dance routine perfectly on opening night Tuesday)

Christie Brinkley, 62, has a lot of things on her mind and her ex-boyfriend John Mellencamp probably isn’t one of them. Too bad that John is attracted to New York girls who have no interest in moving to Indiana, where he lives. He never felt comfortable in the Hamptons where Christie spends her time. (We’re pretty sure he has some “redneck” habits, too.) Anyway, this week Christie helped her youngest daughter Sailor, 18, pack up and move into her first apartment in Manhattan where she’ll be starting school as a freshman at Parsons School of Design. (Sailor already has a modeling contract too.) With all her children grown up and moved away, Christie is probably feeling emotional, but she put on a happy face for Instagram.

It’s Christie Brinkley’s 62nd birthday and she’s spent it with her geographically undesirable boyfriend John Mellencamp. Despite a divorce and grown-up kids, John, 64, still lives at his 65 acre estate in Bloomington, Indiana, and he vows that he’ll never move – he will “die there.” His last girlfriend Meg Ryan wanted him to move to New York but he says he can’t bear to live there – he’s far “too sensitive.” So he and Meg split. Now he’s got an Uptown Girl and we have a feeling Christie is not interested in moving to Indiana, but she enjoys having a part-time boyfriend.
