ARE KIM AND KANYE HEADED BACK TO COURT?

THAT is the question. My source says it’s a very strong possibility and here’s why. Kim’s been talking a LOT about her and Kayne’s 10-year-old daughter, North on her HULU reality series, The Kardashians, as well as in the press, and it’s making Kayne upset. While Kim has primary custody of all her children with Kayne, they both agreed to keep their children OUT of the limelight as much as possible. Now Kayne thinks Kim is violating their agreement. Nothing been decided yet, but Kayne has let Kim know he’s unhappy with her loose lips and warned her that he’s prepared to take legal action unless she keeps her mouth shut when it comes to their kids. This might not be easy because North seems to LOVE the limelight…

Accusation Court Katy Perry Rape Russell Brand Testify

KATY PERRY’S NIGHTMARE IS COMING TRUE

Katy Perry’s lips have been sealed since she divorced her 10 years older husband of 14 months, Russell Brand. She described their union as a colossal mistake, and hinted that she intended to keep the “real truth ” hidden. Russell Brand isn’t facing any criminal charges YET, despite being accused of sexual assault by a handful of women, (some while he was married) and Katy is praying he resolves his potential issues without going to court. Katy has already been told by legal counsel that she’s likely to be summoned to appear if a criminal case is filed, and the LAST thing she wants to do is testify. She does NOT want to get dragged into Russell’s troubles, but realizes she might NOT have a choice. Our source says that despite their messy split, Russell has let mutual pals know he may need to subpoena Katy to appear as a character witness and wants to do so before any potential prosecutor interviews her. Does he expect her to say good things about him and vouch for his character? This will be interesting…

Billy Baldwin Court Danny Masterson Scientology

BILLY BALDWIN’S SUPPORT ONLY GOES SO FAR

VERY interesting that Alec Baldwin’s little brother Billy Baldwin, 59, turned up in downtown LA to support his brother-in-law Danny Masterson at his rape trial. Danny (That 70’s Show) is a well-known Scientologist who is married to another Scientologist, Bijou Phillips – she is the younger half-sister of Chynna Phillips, Billy’s wife. Billy is an evangelical Christian (calls himself a “Jesus freak,”) who apparently respects Scientology. He claims “Scientology is more accepted in Hollywood than Jesus” and he defends Tom Cruise for his work ethic and perfectionism. Scientology’s involvement in covering up Masterson’s nefarious activities is being closely examined in court. In spite of his beliefs, when Billy saw a paparazzi creep up as he and Danny Masterson approached the courthouse this morning – he covered his face, scurried away, and was not seen again!

Amber Heard Court Johnny Depp Lawsuit

JOHNNY DEPP IS ALREADY CELEBRATING

Johnny Depp is seen here buttering up everybody in sight at the courthouse in Virginia before he left for Memorial Day weekend. By having the court battle with Amber Heard televised, he succeeded in one thing: to Johnny’s delight, most of the internet has turned against Amber and she now has a reputation as unpleasant as Depp’s. As far as the lawsuit goes- Johnny will most likely LOSE. Yes, Amber wrote a news article about domestic abuse, but she never NAMED Johnny, so his claim that she destroyed his career is questionable. He has already lost this case in the UK and it will probably have the same result here. If HE won, Amber would probably proceed with HER lawsuit and they’d have to do this all over AGAIN. Those lawyers are just raking in the bucks…

On Wednesday, supermodel Kate Moss will relive her relationship with Johnny Depp via video link at his 100 million dollar defamation trial. They dated from ’94 to ’97 -she was 20 and he was 31 when they met. Kate certainly had the best of Johnny – he was the hottest actor in town. They seemed to enjoy indulging in a variety of substances together and Johnny was known to wreck hotel rooms like a rockstar. When they split, Kate was heartbroken and Johnny’s lawyers hope she will clear up an old rumor that Johnny once pushed her down the stairs in a rage. Now 48, Kate remembers him fondly and might do Johnny some good…

Court Glitter Hair! Kesha

KESHA IS READY TO TESTIFY

The Hollywood premier of the Foo Fighters movie Studio 666 (described as a “supernatural horror comedy,”) attracted the music crowd- among them was the unrecognizable Kesha. We haven’t seen much of Kesha lately- she had to cancel her 2020 tour because of Covid and has been keeping busy in court fighting music producer Dr Luke. Remember, she accused him of raping her and he insisted it was a lie because she wanted out of her contract. Since 2014, they’ve been going back and forth with lawsuits and Dr Luke still has a defamation and breach of contract lawsuit against her. During that time in court Kesha refined her look – to put it mildly – no more long blonde wild hair and gone is the glitter makeup and distressed clothing. All this to impress the judge?

Court Cults Danny Masterson Rape That 70's Show

SCIENTOLOGY GOING TO COURT: IT’S ABOUT TIME!

SO happy to hear that the “Church” of scientology lost an important court battle that they expected to win. The three women who filed rape charges against That 70’s Show star (and longtime scientologist) Danny Masterson, said they were stalked and harassed by the church after they filed the police report. The girls filed suit against the church, accusing it of surveilling them, hacking into their security systems, filming them, threatening to kill their pets (!), setting fires outside their homes, and posting fake sex ads supposedly from the girls, offering free sex to strangers. The church denied everything and insisted they could handle the problem “internally” citing religious arbitration. They almost got their way, but a panel of judges just decided the cases CAN move forward in a court of law! Hopefully, scientology leaders will be dragged into court!

Court Danny Masterson Rape Scientology

DANNY MASTERSON IS PULLING THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY INTO COURT WITH HIM

THIS is going to be a very interesting – and revealing – trial! We’re SO happy to hear that the Danny Masterson rape case will proceed. The female judge rejected defense claims that the case should be tossed under the Statute of Limitations. You may recall, three women, who were Scientologists at the time, charged That 70’s Show star Masterson with forcible rape at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001-2003. Back then, they reported the crime to the church, and were warned NOT to notify police. These girls did not know about each other until 2016 during #MeToo. That’s when they banded together to press charges against Danny, the lifetime Scientologist. (He’s out on 3.3 million bail.) The girls were mercilessly harassed, intimidated, and stalked by the church and they feared the case would never come to fruition. Finally it will, and we will learn a LOT more about Scientology in the process!

Child Custody Court Lisa Marie Presley Michael Lockwood

LISA MARIE PRESLEY AND MICHAEL LOCKWOOD: THE BATTLE BEGINS

Lisa Marie Presley, 52, and her ex-husband, musician Michael Lockwood’s custody battle might turn out to be as tawdry as Johnny Depp’s court battle with Amber Heard, with both of them revealing embarrassing details about the other. In the past Lockwood has accused Lisa of “snorting so much cocaine that she stayed wake for eleven days straight.” Lisa Marie retaliated by claiming she found child pornography on Lockwood’s computer. Their 11 year old twins Harper and Finley were temporarily taken into child custody, while both parents were investigated. Lisa has been treated for substance abuse and the court could find no solid evidence for either claim. Now they are back in court fighting over the twins and money. Lisa arrived to court still looking wan and devastated by the death of her son Benjamin. Michael (above) was dressed to kill. And so it begins…(By the way, HE’S still a Scientologist and she is NOT.)

AMBER HEARD CAME TO COURT SUSPICIOUSLY WELL-PREPARED

For many days now, Amber Heard has been sitting in court documenting every instance that she says her ex Johnny Depp was violent with her – 14 attacks in all, during their three year marriage. She has photos of every bruise, every hank of hair he pulled out, and the thrashed condition of their house after each battle. Her makeup artist testified that Amber told her Johnny tried to smother her with a pillow. On some occasions she appeared on TV the day after an alleged fight, looking ravishing. We can’t help but wonder how Amber had the foresight to photograph every bruise and situation. Who DOES that? Certainly she had a PLAN from day one…
