Madonna has successfully traded in her last boytoy for a younger model. (She and Mariah Carey share a weakness for athletic dancers.) For the past year Madonna has been quietly keeping company with her dancer Ahlamalik Williams, 25, and now she’s flaunting him in public. They arrived in London to celebrate New Year’s Eve with Madonna’s kids Lourdes, David, and the twins Esther and Stella (serious Kabbalah names, right?) Ahlamalik is already picking up Madonna’s habits – they’re both wearing sunglasses indoors in London in the winter.

Now on the fast-track to being single – she’s taking a tip from Madonna and cutting loose – romancing her young and muscular back-up dancer Casper Smart, 24. After they appeared onstage together, she hustled him to the Greystone Manor after-party and introduced him to other celebrities like Chris Brown and Pitbull, on their way to a private booth. Many smooches and a few steamy lap dances later, they left holding hands. Casper’s head must be spinning.

How she does it, we don’t know, but Kirstie Alley 60, is in Paris hanging out with dancer Serge Onik, 23. He was a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance.” Besides dancing, the pair was seen at a cemetery bringing flowers to Jim Morrison’s grave. They’ve also been sending out highly complimentary tweets about each other.

Madonna, 52, has been getting restless and she’s been inspired by her new boyfriend to start planning another world tour. She and her 24 year old French sweetheart Brahim Ziabat have been holding informal auditions for dancers in London. She values Brahim’s input because he’s an accomplished dancer with all the cool moves and it was his steamy style that attracted her in the first place. Dancers thronged the UK nightclub Aura in Mayfair when word got out that Madonna was auditioning. The most amazing dancers in the city gave it their best shot. Madonna and Brahim reportedly drank water all night and left at 2:30 AM with a list of names.

Madonna is in London spending a lot of time with her new 24 year old boyfriend Brahim Zaibat, who bears more than a passing resemblance to her last boyfriend Jesus Luz, also 24. Brahim, a dancer who lives in France, is known for his trademark flexible style and swagger. Madonna fell for his moves when he danced at the launch of her clothing line in New York. Last Friday they went to see the two-part movie, “Carlos,” about a Venezuelan terrorist, and spent the weekend together. The other night the pair dined at a London restaurant and left separately. We can’t help but wonder if the Muslim Zaibat will embrace Kabbalah to make Madonna happy.

THE DANCER THAT DEMI LOVATO ALLEGEDLY SLUGGED IS CERTAIN TO COLLECT HUSH MONEY

Demi Lovato’s father has advised the dancer that Demi smacked NOT to sue his daughter, citing the fact that Demi and Disney have excellent lawyers. However, the dancer, Alex Welch, who got a black eye before Demi entered a treatment center, has no intention of giving up. From what we hear, Alex has some explosive information about Demi and their relationship that caused the outburst of violence. Demi and Disney will most certainly NOT want any of the information to be revealed, so Alex will be handsomely paid off to keep quiet.
