KIRSTIE ALLEY CREDITS HER DIET PRODUCTS FOR WEIGHT LOSS, NOT DANCE REHEARSALS

Kirstie Alley is even smarter than she looks. She opened her Organic Liaison diet store in Los Angeles just as she was starting on Dancing With The Stars. All those rehearsals have helped her lose a lot of weight, but she’s crediting her diet products. Kirstie has been on QVC selling her Organic Liaison supplements with great success since she started on DWTS. Besides the sudden popularity of her diet items, she has two offers for new TV series – from HBO and TV Land. Whether or not she’s the last dancer standing in this competition, she’s walking away a winner.

Towering NFL star Hank Baskett took his little boy Hank Jr and their dog for a walk on Easter Sunday. Maybe his wife Kendra Wilkinson was rehearsing for “Dancing With The Stars” because she confidently predicted to “Entertainment Tonight“ that she will get at least one 10 this coming week. Considering her reputation for complaining, making excuses, and “not caring,” we think she’ll be lucky to stay on the show for another week…

Kirstie Alley is getting her wish. She joined the cast of “Dancing With The Stars” in hopes of losing weight and it looks like all those sweaty rehearsals are paying off. Kirstie was photographed leaving the “Stars” dinner at STK and she’s wearing a form fitting dress – something she hasn’t done for a very long time. So whether she’s the last dancer standing or not, she’s definitely coming out ahead.

We love to look at high school pictures of celebrities to see if they revealed “star quality” early on – or if they were late bloomers. Kirstie Alley was already quite beautiful when she was 16 (she looked a bit like Meg Ryan) but obviously didn’t know what to do with her very thick wavy hair so she cut it in a bowl cut. Or maybe she was aiming at the unfortunately popular “Dorothy Hamill wedge” cut. Either way it was a waste of Kirstie’s abundant hair.

KENDRA WILKINSON IS DETERMINED TO TROUNCE KIRSTIE ALLEY

No one was more shocked than Kendra Wilkinson when her performance on “Dancing with the Stars” turned out to be lukewarm. She was the odds-on FAVORITE at the start of this season due to her age, looks, and athletic ability. When 60 year old Kirstie Alley outscored the Playboy model, everyone was surprised. Competitive Kendra said she was “nervous” and now she’s rehearsing like a mad woman, determined to show her stuff. This will be quite a competition because Kendra has all the Playmates and Playboy associates voting for her, while Kirstie has all the Scientologists voting for her. We’re guessing that being a Scientologist will pay off for Kirstie.

Mike Catherwood , 31, is one of the recently announced Dancing With the Stars celebrities that few people recognized. It turns out he’s a RADIO personality – that’s why his face is not familiar. He’s apparently a very funny contributor to morning radio shows as a producer, hosts Loveline with Dr Drew Pinsky, and he does vocal impersonations of celebrities like Gene Simmons and Adam Carolla. What’s more, he’s a bodybuilder and personal trainer. Anyway, we didn’t realize how easy on the eyes he is until we saw this photo of him leaving dance practice with Lacey Schwimmer.

KIRSTIE ALLEY AND THE SCIENTOLOGISTS WERE DANCING IN THE STREET

Kirstie Alley took time off from dancing to open her Organic Liaison store on Vermont Avenue in LA but she managed to get the whole neighborhood riled up. Vermont was blocked off for Kirstie’s loud street party – the music could be heard 3 blocks away. What she DIDN’T do was invite any of her neighbors or other shop owners who were inconvenienced and angry. Of course she DID invite plenty of Scientologists. The diet foods store is located not far from the massive Scientology complex in the neighborhood. (The cult bought what used to be a huge hospital and all the surrounding buildings for their headquarters. (taxfree!) Looks to us like dieting another sneaky way to lure and convert people, like their so-called drug rehabs.

Insiders say that “Dancing With The Stars” contestant Kirstie Alley is exhausted from long and rigorous rehearsals directed by her stern taskmaster/partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Maks is a serious competitor and wants to WIN, so he’s using every trick to motivate Kirstie. Telling her she danced “like a grandma” didn’t work. Kirstie is not accustomed to being bossed around, so this could be a turbulent pairing. Apparently her feet are already hurting so much she’s going barefoot.

Kirstie Alley’s “Organic Liaison” Scientology diet plan apparently didn’t work for her, so she’s hoping to knock off the pounds while rehearsing for “Dancing with the Stars.” Fortunately she has a big strong dance partner, Maxsim Chermovsky, to push her around the floor. We’re thinking this might actually work for her because Maxsim can teach her the art of self-discipline. Not much chance of Maxsim romancing his partner this season…..

DWTS STAR MAX CHMEROVSKIY IS LOOKING FOR LOVE ON “THE BACHELOR” IN THE UKRAINE

“Dancing With The Stars” macho man Max Chmerovskiy has changed his mind. He once turned down an offer to appear on “The Bachelor” and grandly vowed that he would never participate in a reality show. Yet now he has agreed to be the first bachelor on the new Ukrainian show of the same name based on the American version. Maxsim broke the news on his blog and seemed almost embarrassed to admit he was doing it – he said he was glad to be on the first show while there’s still some reality – before participants figure out all the angles. He says the Ukraine has had nothing like it before and who knows- he might make a love connection. We would much rather see the Ukrainian version of The Bachelor any day…
