DAVID HASSELHOFF IS CELEBRATING THE BAYWATCH REVIVAL

David Hasselhoff, 64, is changing his clothes frequently and enjoying being photographed frolicking all over Miami Beach while he’s there promoting the new Baywatch movie. His young fiancée Hayley Roberts must be quite impressed and enjoying the attention. (We’re not sure how she feel about his new mustache.) Not long after this photo was taken, his daughter Hayley, 24, was arrested for DUI after being found passed out in her car on an LA freeway. Police woke her up very carefully because the car was running and her foot was on the brake. We wonder how David reacted to that news – he and his ex-wife both had substance issues.

Attention seeking David Hasselhoff, 62, turned up at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Glasgow inexplicably wearing an authentic Scottish kilt outfit from head to toe. He and his younger girlfriend Hayley Roberts, 34, are still together after two years. David rather ungallantly says he “picked up Hayley (who worked in a factory) in a hotel bar” in Wales and they’ve been together ever since.

We were somewhat surprised to learn that people in London are paying to see David Hasselhoff perform in concert. Apparently he dressed up in an “assortment of bizarre costumes” for the show, including Adolf Hitler!

David Hasselhoff seems to be pressuring his small-town, much younger girlfriend Hayley Roberts into a hasty marriage. Hasselhoff met Hayley, 31, a shop clerk and part-time model in Wales, a few months ago and he’s been introducing her to “the good life” ever since. He showers her with gifts and attention and charmed her parents. They’ve been vacationing all over the world and he’s literally swept her off her feet. Is she aware of his history with alcohol? The only blip in the whirlwind romance happened last weekend in Las Vegas where he celebrated his 59th birthday. The couple had a loud argument and security was called to their room. But later the pair appeared unaffected at his party. Hasselhoff is said to looking to buy a big house near Hayley’s Welsh hometown. Hopefully Hayley will realize what she’s getting into before she says “I do.”

He’s been inseparable from her since they met a few months ago and has already met her family. Whether his daughters Taylor, 21, and Hayley, 19, are thrilled about his young girlfriend is not known. But they all went out together to the theater in London and they LOOKED like they had a good time.

Maybe David Hasselhoff’s inexplicably good luck is finally running out. No matter how awful his publicity, boozer Hasselhoff always seems to bounce back with a new job. But Simon Cowell has come to regret replacing himself with Hasselhoff on his UK hit show “Britain’s Got Talent.” Ratings are dipping, and Cowell is convinced that viewers have not embraced The Hoff. Also, David has great difficulty understanding the British and Irish accents and colloquialisms. Insiders expect Hasselhoff will be replaced at the end of this season.

DAVID HASSELHOFF: ALCOHOLICS ARE NO FUN

What a blow to his ego! Not many viewers tuned in for the premier of David Hasselhoff’s A&E reality show. He attracted a puny audience of 718,000 for the first episode and it dropped to 505,000 for the second half hour. The Washington Post described the show as “dull and transparently desperate.” We think the show flopped because people are not amused – but disgusted – by David’s alcoholism and the fact that he lies and denies. The show features his two daughters Taylor and Hayley who have long suffered from their father’s self indulgence. Apparently the sloppy drunk hamburger video didn’t enhance his image and people just don’t like him as much as they used to. Maybe the series will get better ratings in Germany.

David Hasselhoff and his long suffering daughter Hayley are enjoying some sober moments together celebrating her TV show “Huge,” debuting Monday night on the ABC Family channel. This is NOT a reality show – it’s based on a book. The series is set at a teen weight loss camp and stars “Hairspray’s” Nikki Blonsky as a chubby girl with parents who own a chain of fitness centers. Hayley plays the slimmest and hottest girl at the camp who has romantic adventures. We just might watch this.
