PARIS HILTON AND DOUG REINHARDT WON’T DO IT WITHOUT CAMERAS

Before she celebrated her 29th birthday last weekend, Paris Hilton was dropping hints like mad that she wanted an engagement ring from her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. (Although Doug, from The Hills, doesn’t seem like much of a catch – Paris always wanted to marry a billionaire) Paris probably WILL get that ring before she turns 30 because our illustrious colleague in Las Vegas, Norm Clarke, has heard that she is shopping around a reality show that will feature their wedding preparations and ceremony. (Above, Paris had lunch at the Ivy today in her pinafore dress.)

PARIS HILTON: COVER GIRL AND LYSOL TO THE RESCUE

Paris Hilton had a pink emergency on her way to the Bravo A-List Awards at LA’s Orpheum theater last week. She and her boyfriend rushed into the CVS pharmacy in Hollywood because she forgot to bring her pink makeup to match her pink outfit. Paris grabbed Cover Girl pink blush, face powder and pink Blistex - she got a “two for the price of one” discount because her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt had a CVS card. While they were standing in line to pay, a homeless guy staggered in with pee running down his leg. Clerks hustled him out and sprayed Lysol in the air to kill the odor. Paris ducked to avoid the spray and ran for the door with her make up.

It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)
