TY PENNINGTON: GOOD LUCK CHARM

Filed Under: Drea Bock > Ty Pennington > airplane

tycut.jpgTy Pennington and his angry girlfriend made a dramatic last minute entrance onto a flight from Chicago to LAX a week ago. Just before the doors were locked, they nabbed the last two seats on the plane and Ty’s pretty blonde girlfriend/manager Drea Bock was annoyed because it was coach and not first class. “We should’ve waited for the next flight!” she grumbled. Drea was NOT happy to be rushed and struggling to find space for their carry on luggage. The male flight attendant cheered them up by offering snacks, headphones, water – everything free. Peacemaker Ty eventually managed to calm Drea. We were surprised to hear that Ty gets a bit nervous at take-off. An observer told us that Ty has a little ritual – when the plane took off he crossed the fingers on his right hand and sat very still with his hand on his leg until it was over. He did the same thing when the plane landed. Apparently Drea is used to it (they’ve been together eight years) – she paid no attention.

This cute actress has been marketed as the next big thing, thanks to her role on a somewhat popular series, but she’ll have a hard time living up to the hype. What will do her in is not her acting – it’s her secret drug problem. She’s addicted to cocaine (it keeps her thin) and it’s ruining her reputation – she’s late for appointments, moody on the set, and looks worn out. Ironically, she’s often been compared looks-wise to a slightly older beautiful actress with the same problem.

    Whodunit?? Guess who.

  • It happened in 2000: One of Whitney Houston’s alltime favorite movies has always been the tearjerker “Love Story.” She’s hoping to update and remake the move starring herself and her husband Bobby Brown as the doomed couple originally played by Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. Whitney realizes audiences might have a hard time swallowing Bobby as the wealthy and refined young man so she plans to switch the roles and have the female character from the right side of the tracks. She’s already working on a script and hopes to start filming before the end of the year. (As we all know, it didn’t work out….)

So, what do you think of that?! DO TELL!
