DREW BARRYMORE HASN’T STOPPED CALIFORNIA DREAMIN’

Drew Barrymore let out a happy shriek when she arrived for work at the studio on her birthday – even her dog Douglas was startled. Drew’s staffers were outside wearing party hats and singing happy birthday. After many hugs, it was apparent that The Drew Barrymore Show must be a pleasant place to work. But California girl Drew misses life on the West Coast. Drew’s lived on and off in NYC for years, but thanks to her popular talk show, she now calls NYC her full time home. Drew’s made no secret of her desire to move back to Los Angeles at some time in the future, and it MIGHT be much sooner than she’s letting on. According to our source, Drew has already put the wheels in motion to relocate her show to LA and she’s working with a realtor looking for a home in the West Hollywood area in hopes of moving by September.

We remember when she was a young teen TRYING to look older and finagling her way into clubs like Studio 54...

IS DREW BARRYMORE DELIBERATELY TRYING TO LOOK PREGNANT?

It may not be polite, but is very difficult NOT to speculate that Drew Barrymore, 41, might be pregnant with her third child when you look at this photo. She appears to be comfortable in a maternity frock that a woman might wear around the house. It’s especially interesting since Drew just filed for divorce from her husband of barely four years, Will Kopelman. AND she’s been complaining about a no-sex marriage for quite awhile. On the other hand, if Drew is NOT expecting, then it’s time for the cute and newly single actress to step up her game and get a makeover. Looking good is the best revenge.

DREW BARRYMORE HAS A HALF BROTHER ON SKID ROW

Apparently Madonna isn’t the only celebrity with a brother on skid row. Mike Walker in The Enquirer reports that Drew Barrymore has a half brother named John Barrymore III who is homeless in downtown Los Angeles. In fact, he’s walking around wearing a t-shirt that says “I’M DREW BARRYMORE’S BROTHER” and he can prove it. Poor Drew comes from a famous acting family that is plagued with alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental illness. Drew ended up supporting her own father John Barrymore Jr in his later derelict years but she’s not close to her older half brother, whose mother was actress Cara Williams.

Is anyone else out there overdosing on “Charlie’s Angels?” Drew Barrymore has produced two movies based on the 1970’s TV series, and now she’s filming the pilot for another series. The original show had an absurdly lame and naive plot and the pretty women – Farrah Fawcett, Jaclyn Smith, and Kate Jackson, wearing California sportswear were the real attraction. Drew has cast Rachel Taylor, Minka Kelly, and Annie IIonzeh as the new Angels, and they must have a big fashion budget because they’re all wearing Louboutin shoes. But still, haven’t we had ENOUGH ALREADY of Charlie’s Angels?

Jackie helped them patch up the house and the documentary “Grey >Gardens” made eccentrics “Big Edie” Bouvier Beale and “Little Edie” Bouvier Beale famous. Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange are starring in the HBO version debuting Saturday and they made a point of looking really good at the New York premier because they look so bad in the movie.
