Kathleen Turner, 60, has had her share of problems (arthritis, alcohol) but getting older isn’t one of them. We loved her in “Body Heat” and especially “Peggy Sue Got Married” back in the 80’s when she was a glamour girl, but Kathleen says it’s a relief to be working as an actress now and NOT be dependent on her looks. She says she has embraced aging and no longer tries to turn back the clock. Above, she appeared at the premier of her movie “Dumb and Dumber To,” in which she plays the love interest to Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. We like her attitude, but not her ensemble.

Nobody thought it would really happen but The Farrelly Brothers actually succeeded in filming a follow-up to their runaway hit “Dumb and Dumber” TWENTY years later! The movie’s stars Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels had gone on to bigger and better things and are considerably older than their original characters, but the Farrellys pulled it off. The plot involves the dimwitted pair seeking a long lost child that one of them supposedly fathered to ask for a kidney. And sneak peeks of “Dumb and Dumber To” indicate that fans will not be disappointed. It’s FUNNY. At least those Farrelly fans think so.
