Elisabetta Canalis is walking proof that a girl’s life doesn’t have to go downhill after breaking up with George Clooney. The Italian born model/actress dated George for two glamorous years and they split up in 2011 when she finally realized he wasn’t kidding when he said he had no intention of getting married and having kids. Certainly she was even more surprised than the rest of us when he married Amal Alamuddin. But she had already fallen for an orthopedic surgeon – Dr Brian Perri – and they got married last year. George Clooney’s exgirlfriend, Italian TV personality Elisabetta Canalis, attracts admiring glances as she leaves Barneys in Beverly Hills with her two little dogs. Ironically, Elisabetta started her career as a professional dancer on TV in Italy long before she appeared on our Dancing with the Stars in 2011. In spite of that, she was the SECOND celebrity eliminated! In September she married orthopedic surgeon Brian Perri, who is affiliated with Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, so she will be spending most of her time here.

George Clooney’s ex-girlfriends LOVE beating him to the altar. Not long after he split with Stacy Keibler, she got married to entrepreneur Jason Pobre and they already have a baby together. George’s girlfriend BEFORE Stacy was TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis and she landed herself a doctor. Brian Perri is an orthopedic surgeon at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. “Jackass” star Steve-O, 37, looks like the cat that swallowed a canary in this photo from Rome where he was caught kissing George Clooney’s ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. They were seen embracing on the street and smooching in a taxi while shopping in Rome. We can’t help but wonder if Elisabetta, 33, knows what she’s getting into. The couple has “Dancing with the Stars” in common –Elisabetta was on last season, and Steve in 2009. Neither lasted very long, and strangely, stuntman Steve was injured on the show. Elisabetta might be surprised to learn her MTV beau graduated from Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Clown School. He’s been institutionalized for both drugs and bipolar disorder and he set himself on fire on the Howard Stern show. The good news is he claims to be clean and healthy now and hopefully he will stay that way.
