Viola Davis (she’s one of our all-time favorites ) brought her adorable little girl, Genesis, 6, along when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel, Live! Viola grew up in poverty as a child and she wants her daughter to appreciate all she has. Viola NEVER wants Genesis to feel a sense of entitlement, so for starters, she buys her clothes at Target and H&M – Nordstrom Rack on special occasions. But it’s hard not to feel special when you mom is an Oscar winner!

Entitlement Harvey Weinstein Hotel Rude

THERE IS NO CURE FOR WHAT’S WRONG WITH HARVEY WEINSTEIN

If you EVER thought Harvey Weinstein might have a milligram of decency in him, you WON’T when you read the Hollywood Reporter story about how he and his colleagues behave in expensive hotels. Chris Gardner interviewed some anonymous hotel employees about their experiences with Harvey and other powerful showbiz moguls and we were APPALLED. If his room service order was delayed, he’d flip over the tray!! SCREAMING and belittling hotel employees was an everyday activity. He would walk into the restaurant and demand to know why his table wasn’t ready – even if he had no reservation. And that’s the TIP of the iceberg. After all that bad behavior, he didn’t TIP. No amount of rehab – sex or otherwise – is going to change someone THAT entitled and deeply unethical.

TIME FOR SOMEONE TO CALL OUT KANYE WEST FOR WHAT HE IS

Seems like every day we hear more reasons NOT to like Kanye West. We think Anna Wintour should have ejected him from the Met Ball for wearing torn jeans to the strictly black tie event. In NOT doing so, she reinforced his belief that he is SPECIAL and rules don’t apply to him. We have long heard that he tells his wife Kim what to do and she obeys. Now his former bodyguard has dropped a few nuggets of information about his ex-boss. The guard was fired after speaking directly to Kim. The guard told The Sun that Kanye is incredibly condescending and totally self-absorbed. He doesn’t speak to or acknowledge his security staff. When they watch him at dinner in a restaurant, he NEVER offers them so much as a glass of water. Other celebs often have guards eat at the next table. People around Kanye indulge him and walk around on eggshells, hoping not to set him off. His handlers apologize for him. The security guy cannot imagine why Kim stays married to him. It seems that manners and respect are not a part of Kanye’s life.

Entitlement Gjelina Restaurant Gordon Ramsay

THE DAY BOSSY CHEF GORDON RAMSAY MET HIS MATCH

We had to snicker when we heard that Gordon Ramsay became furious when he and Victoria Beckham had lunch at Gjelina restaurant in Venice and they refused to change her order to suit her. Victoria ordered smoked trout salad but asked for it with dressing on the side. The waiter explained they have a strict policy of “no changes or substitutions” clearly stated on the menu. (We can imagine apoplectic Ramsay sputtering “Do you know who we ARE?”) Ramsay could NOT get his way, and the salad was served dressed. Later a restaurant spokesperson said: “It’s that sense of entitlement – it has to stop. We have a policy and don’t make substitutions. It doesn’t matter if you are famous or you have allergies. Gordon Ramsay should know better.”

U2’S THE EDGE IS NOT THE ENVIRONMENTALIST HE CLAIMS TO BE

U2 guitarist the Edge is the most hated man in Santa Monica, California, these days. He plans to build FIVE multilevel mansions on precious undeveloped coastal habitat land in the Santa Monica mountains, overlooking Malibu. Experts and neighbors are concerned about the visual and biological impact because the homes will break up a large block of treasured and nearly pristine wild life. The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy board objected loudly UNTIL Edge changed their mind. How? He donated a million dollars to the conservancy and now they don’t object. The really nauseating part is that the Edge insists his houses will be “environmentally sensitive.” That is supposed to make everything all right.

LISA RINNA IS TRYING TO PUT THE ANNOYING STAR JONES OUT OF HER MIND

This season’s Celebrity Apprentice turns out to have more drama and backstabbing than any of the “Housewives” shows and we can’t take our eyes off it. This particular reality show seems to push participants into revealing more about their personalities than we ever imagined. Sure, we expected Star Jones to clash with another BIG personality NeNe Leakes, but who knew she would drag Lisa Rinna over the coals? And Lisa (above, with daughter) revealed her feelings in a number of tweets and emails that insulted Star so much that Star naturally turned to the NBC legal department for help. As juicy as this was, it’s hard to top Dionne Warwick’s arrogance and sense of entitlement. We knew she had some dubious financial dealings (TV psychic business and charity fund raising) but we never knew she could be so MEAN! Bring it on, Donald!

HERE'S LOOKING AT YOU, MADONNA

We couldn’t help but laugh at this poster that the UK’s Daily Mail created making fun of Madonna in Casablanca. They say she’s been shopping around a project that is a remake of the Oscar winning classic movie with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Madonna’s updated version takes place in war-torn Iraq. Best of all, Madonna wants to STAR in the role made famous by Ingrid Bergman. So far studios are passing, her remake of another classic, “Swept Away,” is perhaps too fresh in their minds.

BILLY ZANE TAKES HIS SWEET TIME AND THE HECK WITH THE REST OF YOU

Our friend Nelson Aspen had an encounter with Billy Zane that was simple yet revealing. We are all familiar with those celebrities who vent their wrath on the paparazzi by giving them the middle finger. Hence their moment of vulgarity lives forever in living color. Anyway, Nelson was stopped at a red light on La Brea and all pedestrians had crossed and the light had changed to green for the cars. That’s when when Billy stepped into the crosswalk against the light. He didn’t scurry, in fact he sauntered, and when a car beeped to rush him along, Mr Zane sneered at the driver and flipped him the bird and walked even slower. Is it a sense of entitlement or just bad manners?

WHAT DO THE HILTONS AND QUEEN ELIZABETH HAVE IN COMMON?

It’s no surprise that Paris Hilton has a limited sense of values or responsibility when her family seems to be as out of it as she is. You will recall that Paris and her mother Kathy and sister Nicky had dinner together at Mr Chow the night before she checked into custody. Apparently no one in the family expects to pay for anything. According to reports, when the waiter presented them with a bill they were shocked and not one of them had a credit card or enough cash on them! Can you imagine? Three adults with such a sense of entitlement that they don’t bother to carry money. Like Queen Elizabeth! They promised to call up with a card number but two days later hadn’t gotten around to it. We’re sure they won’t stiff the restaurant- we just can’t fathom people who walk around never expecting to pay for anything.
