What IS Fergie thinking? She ‘s pictured here with Will.i.am leaving the after party of the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Concert in NYC. Her husband Josh Duhamel has denied the National Enquirer story that he cheated on Fergie with a stripper in Atlanta. The stripper, who works at the appropriately named “Tattletales Lounge,” sold her one night stand tale to the tabloid and took a lie detector test. Here’s our take on the news: We think the story is absolutely true (we KNOW what lengths The Enquirer goes to in order to satisfy their lawyers to be able to print a story like this.) That said, we expected a denial from Josh, but don’t think Fergie will get terribly upset by the news anyway. She’s experienced in the rock n roll lifestyle and she’s realistic. It’s just a bump in the road for their marriage.

IT MUST BE LOVE: FERGIE WANTS TO SING WITH JOSH

You’d think Fergie would have second thoughts about this, but she and her new husband Josh Duhamel are actually entertaining the idea of recording together. The couple, who got married early this year, recently installed a karaoke machine in their LA home and Josh has proved to be a decent singer. They’re actually considering a duet – something romantic and sweet- for Fergie’s next album. And it’s FERGIE’S idea! Keep in mind, Fergie, that collaborating with your mate can be a bad idea- just ask Guy Ritchie.

THE TRUTH ABOUT FERGIE'S BIG SLIDE

You just can’t trust anonymous internet gossip. Many blogs printed a story recently about Fergie puking on a ride at the Minnesota State fair. And NOBODY bothered to check it out! The anonymous “witness” claimed that after she performed at the fair, Fergie took a ride on The Big Slide and at the end tossed her cookies all over the place. Supposedly the ride had to be closed down for twenty minutes for clean-up. Our intrepid colleague, CJ of the Star Tribune in Minneapolis went to the fair and interviewed the manager of The Giant Slide which, incidentally, is NOT a stomach churning ride. Mgr Joe Kegley said the story was false “I’m the guy who’d have to clean it up and I DIDN’T have to!” Fergie can thank CJ for setting the record straight.

SOMETIMES FERGIE KNOWS WHEN TO STOP

That Fergie sure loves to party. Everything goes better with cocktails as far as she’s concerned and a little fortification goes a long way in livening up her performances. Sure, she might go a little too far once in awhile – like the time she peed in her pants onstage. We were taken aback however, when a wadrobe person who claimed to have worked with her, sniped that she has done more than PEE in her pants onstage, if you know what we mean. Miss Poopy Pants does draw the line somewhere when it comes to imbibing. According to this source, she is careful not to indulge too much when she’s with her boyfriend Josh Duhamel.
