Fraud Guilty Jussie Smollett

JUSSIE SMOLLET WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE HIM

Back in January, 2019, we all heard that openly gay Empire actor Jussie Smollett said he was attacked at 2 AM by two masked men yelling out racial and homophobic slurs in Chicago. (Being from Chicago we were horrified) Bleeding, he staggered home with a noose around his neck and “a friend” called police because Jussie says “I am a Black man in America and I do not trust police.” Gradually the story started to unravel- the two “attackers” turned out to be Nigerian brothers who claimed Jussie paid them $3500 to stage the event because he felt the attention might get him a raise. When the egotistical actor was charged with 6 counts of felony misconduct, the brothers testified against him. To no one’s surprise, Jussie was found guilty and will be sentenced March 10. Meanwhile, gay publications criticized him and Hollywood was equally turned off. That wasn’t enough. Three years later Jussie has filed an appeal for a new trial- he claims his rights were violated (some technicality) during the trial. He will most likely get only probation and community service, but Jussie wants to drag this out even longer, hoping to be vindicated. Sorry Jussie, but we will never believe you.

Divorce Fraud Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries Lawsuit Marriage Revenge

WATCH OUT KIM, KRIS HUMPHRIES HAS DECLARED WAR!

Since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, Kris Humphries morphed from shock to embarrassment to ANGER, and now he wants to get even. This marriage will NOT end quietly and quickly as Kim had hoped. According to CJ at the Star Tribune in Minneapolis, Humphries’ request for an annulment claiming “fraud” is just the tip of the iceberg. He’s hired a dream team of Los Angeles lawyers (trial attorneys familiar with the courtroom) to prove “fraud” and depositions will be flying. Kris is going to embarrass Kim by having lawyers closely examine her bank accounts and assets and haul her friends (maybe even her ex Reggie Bush!) into court. Kim will certainly use her millions to delay and run up Kris’s legal tab, but that may backfire since he is asking HER to pay his legal bills. Our pal CJ sums it up: “Kim will rue the day she laid eyes on Kris Humphries!”

He’s been accused of fraudulent business deals and stealing horses. IT’S ABOUT TIME: MADONNA’S KABBALAH CENTER IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY IRS

This is turning out to be a good week for justice. First, the killing of Osama Bin Laden, and now the Kabbalah Center (which has tax-exempt status like that other cult, Scientology) is being investigated in a tax evasion probe! Among other things they’re looking for evidence to prove that money donated to Madonna’s charities went into the Berg family’s pockets (they run the Kabbalah center.) According to the Los Angeles Times, a former financial officer at the center claims he was fired for pointing out instances of income tax fraud at the center which owns 200 million dollars worth of UNTAXED property along with a 60 million dollar investment fund. The Bergs claim they get no income from the center, but are given free room and board. (A simple little house in Beverly Hills!) The Bergs were also sued by an heiress earlier this year who claims they defrauded her out of millions of dollars. Her lawyer predicted that “any IRS review will result in a revocation of their nonprofit status and criminal prosecution of the family.” Madonna’s connection remains to be seen. Maybe it’s time to take off that red string bracelet. (M’s spokesperson declined to comment.)
