TAYLOR SWIFT PROTECTS HER FRIENDS

Is the honeymoon over for Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes? The fellow WAGS bonded during football season since Taylor’s boyfriend Travis Kelce and Brit’s hubby Patrick play for the KC Chiefs. They hung out out regularly during the season but haven’t seen much of one another since the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in February. According to my source, the chill between the gals started when Brittany committed a cardinal sin and tried to friend some of Taylor’s celebrity friends (like Blake Lively) behind her back! Although it could have been an innocent faux pas on Brit’s part, Taylor didn’t like that Brit was trying to develop friendships with the A-list women in her friend squad so she’s iced her out a bit. My source is careful to point out that Taylor still likes Brit and plans to see her soon, but she’s just not a constant in her closely guarded friends group.

RIHANNA IS A FRIEND IN DEED

It’s Rihanna to the rescue after model/ actress Cara Delevingne’s home in Studio City, California, recently burned to the ground. Although she was working in London at the time, the California pad was Cara’s main residence. Her lifetime collection of almost everything was there! Luckily for Cara, her longtime friend Rihanna happens to own two condos in LA’s ritzy building, The Century. Soon after the devastating fire, sympathetic Rihanna reached out to her pal and INSISTED she stay at one of the condos for FREE until she finds another home to buy or rebuilds the one she lost.

Commercial David Schwimmer Friends Jennifer Aniston Super Bowl Uber

FRIENDS CAST IS COMMITTED TO UBER

Here’s an interesting gossip update. Back in November we told you that the cast of Friends were secretly uniting for a Super Bowl ad, but the idea got scrapped after the unexpected passing of Matthew Perry. The ad agency still liked the idea of a reunion commercial, but felt it would be too sad if the remaining cast were all featured without Matthew. After much brainstorming, they decided to tweak the reunion idea and only feature two of the remaining Friends cast – Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer. The concept got green-lit for an Uber Eats commercial and our source says expect to see the other three remaining Friends in a future Uber spot, most likely to air this spring.

Kris Jenner wants you to save the date, IF you’re lucky enough to get invited to her upcoming birthday celebration in 2025! Kris is turning 70 on November 5, 2025 and she’s already working on the ULTIMATE birthday bash. Kris is known for her extravagant parties, and every ten years when she hits a milestone birthday (50, 60 and now 70) she likes to go all out. Her 70th will be no exception. Since she’s planning a destination celebration (she’s undecided on the location yet, but is leaning towards Bora Bora) she wants to give her family and friends ample time to block out the dates. THE POWER OF TAYLOR SWIFT

Not EVERYONE is happy with Taylor Swift’s blossoming romance with Travis Kelce, and one person who’s on that list is Travis’s close friend (and teammate) Patrick Mahomes. Ever since she started dating Travis, Taylor has taken Patrick’s wife, Brittany, under her wing and introduced her to her A-list pals. In a few short weeks Brittany has gone from being a stay-at-home mom and football wife to painting the town red with Taylor and her fancy friends. My source observed that Patrick isn’t exactly thrilled. Here’s why. All the girls in Taylor’s posse are accomplished in various fields, including entertainment, modeling, and entrepreneurship, and now Brittany is second guessing HER life’s goals. Since she and Patrick were high school sweethearts, she’s never gotten to do much of anything for her own career. Being around Taylor and her group of independent women has sparked something in Brittany. My source says Patrick loves the woman he married, but fears she’s quickly morphing into someone else.

Cast Friends Las Vegas Matthew Perry Reunion

FRIENDS PROFITABLE CAST REUNION CALLED OFF

Our observant source – the same one who gave us the scoop about the Friends cast releasing a statement TOGETHER addressing Matthew Perry’s death – now shares this tidbit: The Friends cast was in top secret negotiations to reunite and film a TV commercial that was slated to air during next year’s Super Bowl. The game is being played in Las Vegas, so Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and of course, the late Matthew, were being courted to film a 60 second commercial promoting Vegas tourism with the tagline, “Have a Friendscation.” While it wasn’t a done deal, they were set to make a few MILLION each for one day’s work, but now with Matthew’s unexpected passing, the project is a no go.

Emmys Friends Legacy Matthew Perry Walk of Fame

MATTHEW PERRY HAD MORE FRIENDS THAN HE REALIZED

Hollywood is working overtime trying to figure out the best way to honor the late Matthew Perry. My source reveals the current plan is to petition to get Matthew a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – two of his Friends costars, (Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston ) have already been honored. In addition, there’s talk of bestowing upon him a posthumous honorary Emmy – he was nominated 4 times but never won. Finally, HBO and their streaming service MAX are hoping to get his remaining Friends costars to film an hour long special. My source says that one is the most complicated, because his former cast mates DO want to honor his legacy, but it’s just too soon for them to decide exactly HOW.
