Goldie Hawn seems to get out in the sunshine almost every day, and today she took a brisk walk with stepson Boston Russell. Boston, 39, is the son of Kurt Russell and Season Hubley. Their marriage only lasted a few years and there were rumors that beautiful actress Season had a substance abuse problem. Playing a pornstar in Hardcore might have contributed to the rumors. There were concerns when Boston was born that he had a problematic birth, but no details emerged. He seems to have no social media connections and there is no info about what he does for a living, so his life is a mystery. It IS nice to see that he is embraced by his half brothers and sister and included in the Goldie and Kurt family events.

The opinionated Karl Lagerfeld left behind many quotes – one of our favorites is “Sweatpants are a sign of defeat” – implying that people who wear sweatpants have given up. It’s quite possible that nice looking men who aren’t as young as they used to be GROW GREY BEARDS for the same reason! Kurt Russell is probably still an attractive man, but it’s easier to look like Santa Claus than shave and get haircuts. Poor Goldie…

Somehow we never pictured a beach in St Tropez would look as crowded as Coney Island, but apparently it’s not as glamorous as we imagined. Goldie Hawn, 73, and Kurt Russell, 68, walked across the beach to their boat and no one gave the celebrities a second glance. Goldie is covered with freckles – she has always loved to spend time in the sun. The happily unmarried couple are in the middle of their European vacation and on their way to lunch at a fancy restaurant, Le Club 55.

AMY SCHUMER: GO BACK TO COMEDY SCHOOL!

Biggest movie disappointment (but not the only one) this week is “Snatched.” And we REALLY wanted to like it! The cast was impressive – Amy Schumer, Goldie Hawn, Wanda Sykes and Joan Cusack, but all that talent went to waste, mired in an embarrassingly lame and unfunny script. Shockingly, the Snatched screenplay was written by a woman, but we could have sworn it was Adam Sandler in drag. Lots of infantile vulgarity and slapstick, along with a shortage of wit or funny situations. Amy’s movie Trainwreck showed potential, but it has not been realized. We actually felt sorry for Goldie Hawn, who deserves better for her comeback movie.

It’s like an HGTV episode – Goldie Hawn, 70, visits the construction site of the new house she’s building in Pacific Palisades every few days to make sure it’s progressing to her satisfaction. She’s been keeping an eye on the construction guys for over a year now and a lot of final decisions are being made. Unfortunately, we hear that it looks like just another McMansion (faux Tuscan) but we hope our source is wrong. After 14 years away from movies, Goldie agreed to play Amy Schumer’s mother in an untitled mother/daughter comedy next year – Amy’s writing it. From this photo it looks like Goldie has her First Wives Club lips back….

Kate is wearing a very amusing Versace design with abstract cutouts. Donatella is rocking the extreme bellbottoms and together they make Goldie look just a little dowdy. Goldie is one of those good looking women in Hollywood of a certain age that can’t land a job. She hasn’t made a movie for 13 years and we miss her.

We were looking forward to seeing Goldie Hawn star on HBO’s comedy The Viagra Diaries because she hasn’t done much for the last ten years. The role seems perfect for her – it’s based on the book about a woman whose husband has a mid-life crisis and leaves her suddenly single and on her own for the first time in 35 years. (very “First Wives Club”) Unfortunately HPO and Goldie have parted ways. According to Deadline.com Goldie was not happy with the men she auditioned with to play her husband and she wanted a lot of involvement in the creative process. (Translation: she was a bit difficult) This sounds like a great opportunity for an actress over 40 – paging Melanie Griffith!
