Caitlyn Jenner has teed off in her first golf tournament as a woman and it raises a lot of questions. Of course people today are too politically correct to ponder the logic of a tall, strong trans-woman competing against female golfers. But is it fair? Caitlyn has fifteen years of golf experience as a man. It remains to be seen if Jenner will triumph over her female competitors. We wonder how the women she’s playing against REALLY feel about this. Will Caitlyn become some kind of golf champion?

THE DOWNSIDE OF BEING MARRIED TO JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE

Sure, Justin Timberlake is good at a lot of things – he’s an accomplished singer, dancer, and actor and can be very funny on Saturday Night Live. He took his sweet time picking out a wife (with the help of his doting mother Lynn) and finally married Jessica Biel after five years together. He’s definitely a catch, but Jessica has to endure Justin’s obsession with the most boring sport imaginable – GOLF. Every so often he dresses up in his “dad” clothes and spends the day golfing – and of course Jessica pretends to be interested and actually hits a few balls herself. Yawn. Anything to keep her man happy.

We’re not usually fond of golf clothing – especially when worn by someone young like Justin Timberlake. It’s very unappealing. But President Obama golfing in SADDLE SHOES makes the whole sport more fun. There’s something endearing about this footwear. We hope these shoes catch on because of who is wearing them.

Accident Car Crash Golf Tiger Woods

DID TIGER WOODS’ WIFE BEAT HIM UNCONSCIOUS WITH A GOLF CLUB?

The more Tiger Woods slams the door on the inquisitive cops, the more intriguing his “story” becomes. Apparently, he’s had advice from a lawyer and decided not to discuss his embarrassing crash with the police. But it’s not difficult to put the pieces together and figure out exactly what happened. We picture tiger’s wife Elin, shortly before the accident, alternately waving the National Enquirer in Tiger’s face, screaming accusations of cheating, and battering him. Tiger, like many men, chose to leave when the going got rough, and as he grabbed his keys, Elin tore after him with a golf club. He leaped into his Cadillac SUV with Elin hot on his heels, smashing all the car windows she could reach. As he looked back at her he slammed into the fire hydrant and tree. In photos it appears that the vehicle was only damaged on the front passenger side. Yet, somehow he ended up unconscious on the ground. Did Elin BEAT him unconscious? SIGNIFICANTLY, the neighbor with property damage called 911, NOT Elin. Did the cops check for blood on the golf club? It’s a juicy story and it’s bound to reverberate for awhile – especially since the “party girl” Tiger is accused of cheating with, has hired Gloria Allred.

CHANCES ARE, JOHNNY MATHIS IS ON THE GOLF COURSE

Nothing brings on a swoon better than the sweet music of Johnny Mathis. When we were in college, the president of his fan club lived down the hall in the dorm so we talked about him all the time. He’s still touring and when he’s not, he’s playing golf at charity tournaments like this one for the Kidney Foundation hosted by George Lopez.
