She keeps TRYING, but Britney Spears, 39, cannot compete with her boyfriend Sam Asghari’s extraordinary -and flattering- Instagram posts. Sam must have professional photoshoots every week because his social media is loaded with self promoting- and sexy -pics of his muscles and handsome face in beautiful lighting. Britney’s pics are limited to selfies taken at unflattering angles. Brit recently made a fuss over her new “haircut” -“In with the old – out with the new!” she declared. Actually it looks like she had her old long hair extensions removed and is giving her scalp a break. Her hair does look better, but what we’d like to see her remove is that black makeup around her eyes.

IT’S HARD WORK BEING A GIRL

Brazilian born Jessica Alves (formerly Rodrigo Alves) is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to self-glamorization. When he gave up the idea of looking like a Ken doll, Rodrigo endured multiple surgeries to morph into a trans-female and (12 nose-jobs later) his nose has almost entirely disappeared, while his/her chest seems to inflate daily. (As you can see, Jessica has no qualms about discussing or displaying her surgeries) Just putting on all that makeup in the morning must be a daunting task. Alves has been living in London where she recently had a lip lift and chin surgery. Above, Jessica is having about eight pounds of long extensions attached to her head -ouch! Might be time for some body dysmorphia therapy…

Now that Roddy’s transgender, it’s a whole new ball game and he’s getting off to a bad start. Alves has the FAKEST looking extensions we’ve seen in a LONG time – they seem to have nothing to do with his real hair. Even before he gets his Adam’s apple shaved, Roddy should invest in a talented hairdresser!

THE HUMAN KEN DOLL WANTS MORE HAIR

There’s not much of his nose left to worry about, so Rodrigo “Human Ken Doll” Alves has started fretting about his hair. He flies around the world seeking better and more affordable cosmetic surgeons for his assorted self -improvements. Alves, 36, says he’s suffering from male pattern baldness and finds it quite depressing. He’s already had four hair transplants to lower his hairline and thicken his hair, but he appears to have added some hair extensions since we saw him last. He just arrived in Istanbul for another procedure, but didn’t mention exactly what it is. His wardrobe could use some improvement too…

A couple of things came to mind when we came across this photo of Britney Spears and her bodyguard in Paris. First, it’s been over a month since Britney and her handsome boyfriend Sam Asghari have been seen anywhere together – so what’s happening? Tomorrow night Britney performs at the AccorHotels Arena in Paris for 20,000 fans and she’s got all her hair extensions in place. (She HAS been known to lose some extensions onstage) A former hairdresser of Britney’s told us that the heavy extensions are ruining her own hair – pulling it out by the roots – and she has bald patches. He thinks she should wear wigs onstage to save her own hair.
