Brad and Angelina didn’t miss Halloween with their kids. The four oldest children dressed up and went trick or treating with their parents in their LA neighborhood – and they didn’t need a lot of bodyguards. Brad dressed up as the kids’ favorite TV character – DJ Lance Rock from Nick Jr’s Yo Gabba Gabba show. Angelina splattered some blood on herself and dusted white powder in her hair, Zahara was Batman, Shiloh and Maddox were in camouflage army clothes, but we don’t know about Pax. The beads in Brad’s beard are slightly unsettling.

We almost didn’t recognize Brooke Shields in her black wig as she took her daughters Rowan, 6, and Grier, 3, trick or treating on Halloween in New York. We like the fact that she gets into the spirit of the moment and has fun with her kids. Recently Brooke admitted in an interview that she didn’t lose her virginity until she was 22 – and regrets that it didn’t happen sooner!

Katy Perry had a slammin’ birthday party at Siren studios in Hollywood last night and she dressed up as her idol (and ours) Freddie Mercury, the lead singer of Queen. Apparently she went for Freddie’s early glam-rock spandex look. Later on, Freddie acquired that West Hollywood leather man look and super short hair was his thing. At least that’s how we remember him. Katy’s invitation featured her head on a platter and invited guests to dress up as a “dead celebrity” or a “celebrity whose career is dead.”

Matilda Ledger can’t wait for Halloween- she’s already in her princess costume and doesn’t want to take it off. Her mom Michelle Williams spent the day with her little princess – the evening before she was with her current boyfriend Spike Jonze at a party for her movie “Synecdoche, New York.”

Who knew Elle Macpherson was such a big fan of Halloween? She never gets tired of dressing up. Elle just had a lavish “pre-Halloween” bash in New York that cost her around $100,000. Guests were encouraged to talk about the costumes they plan to wear to her “real” Halloween party next month. THAT one is expected to cost around $250,000. And she’s not cheap with the waiters – they get paid around $60 an hour and last year she tipped each one $100.

Just because Loretta Lynn has a family campground doesn’t mean the family’s so thrilled about it – it turns out the at the house is haunted! Kids complain of ghost sitings and bible pages that turn themselves from the site which was once a civil war hospital. None of the Lynns stay in the house now…

Britney Spears has managed to make her husband Kevin Federline’s dreams come true. She turned an out-of-work dancer into a model, an actor, and a singer, while also getting him red carpet treatment at the hottest clubs. He’s been checking out locations for his record release party on Halloween night and it looks like he’s pretty much settled on Xenii. This will be Britney’s first big night out since their second baby was born. Kevin seems to like the after hours club Xenii – he was there until 5 AM Sunday morning. Those brave enough to pre-order K-Fed’s CD “Playing With Fire” from his online store automatically are entered into a contest to win a trip to LA to attend the party. Second prize – no kidding – are the sneakers Kevin wore when he performed at the Teen Choice Awards.
