HUGH JACKMAN DOESN’T SPIT HIS GUM ON THE GROUND

Hugh Jackman took his family to the West Village and we were happy to see this photo of him setting a good example for his kids by dutifully spitting his gum into a trash can. Years ago, we were totally broken of the habit of gum chewing by the Chi Omegas. Hugh indulges – but he knows how to dispose of it – people who spit gum on the ground are among the worst form of litterers.

Looking dazed and confused, “Twilight” heartthrob Robert Pattinson arrived at the Tokyo airport and was was mobbed by hundreds of wailing fans. And they haven’t even seen his movie yet! Robert is in town for the gala premier and Kristen Stewart is expected also. Hugh Jackman happened to be on the same flight and even after hosting the Oscars, he was barely acknowledged compared to the “Twilight” star.

RUSSELL CROWE: FATHER NOSE BEST

Russell Crowe took his sons Charlie 41/2, and Tennyson, 2 , for a romp in the park and lunch at a cafe. From these pics it look like boy boys have little versions of daddy’s nose. Do you think Crowe was smart to turn down the role in “Australia” that went to Hugh Jackman?

AUSTRALIA IS ALL ABOUT HUGH JACKMAN'S PHYSIQUE
Filed Under: Australia > Hugh Jackman > Movies

SOMEBODY’S in love with Hugh Jackman and if we didn’t know better we’d guess it was “Australia” director Baz Luhrmann. This is the first movie we’ve seen in which the leading MAN’s clothes were tighter than the leading lady’s. Hugh is lovingly photographed throughout the movie and when he has a shirt on, it’s SKIN TIGHT. Not to mention his pants. How a cowboy could possibly function in such attire without splitting a seam is never explained. Unfortunately, this added yet another element of artificiality to this fantasy/drama. The title “Australia” implies a historical epic of grand proportion and we were disappointed that it turned out to be just a contrived love story.
