Hollywood publicist Howard Bragman had an amazing party for his new book “Where’s My Fifteen Minutes?” at the Chateau Marmont Wednesday night. Entourage star Debi Mazar was dressed to kill in a luscious Isabel Toledo frock that Debi said “has to go back in the morning.” Debi never fails to upgrade a soiree with her unique style, but she’s surprisingly modest. Someone asked her how she managed to look so good and she said “Honey, LOTS of concealer!” (Trust us, she doesn’t need ANY!) Isaiah Washington, Mario Lopez, Ricki Lake, Laila Ali, Will & Grace’s Leslie Jordan, as well as Project Runway bad boy Santino Rice, all came out for Howard.

Isaiah Washington beat the heat by going to a movie at The Grove. We feel kind of bad about him being fired – especially since he did seem to make an effort to patch things up. Remember, we saw him at The Modernism Show in Santa Monica, chatting with all the gay decorators and designers. In the end, we think the fact that he had a history of temperamental outbursts is probably what did him in.

ISAIAH WASHINGTON MINGLES WITH THE GAYEST CROWD IN TOWN

Isaiah Washington caused quite a buzz at the LA Modernism show gala Friday at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Mainly because of the incident on Grey’s Anatomy when he was perceived as being ” insensitive” to gay people by using the f—-t word. At the time he apologized and supposedly received some sort of counseling (word rehab?) but it was a surprise to find him at a primarily gay event. The place was loaded with gay decorators and gay antique dealers and gay shoppers who can afford and appreciate exquisite vintage furniture and art objects. The LAST person they expected to see browsing was Isaiah. He arrived early, stayed to the end and schmoozed all night. He looked at everything and chatted amiably with everyone. He’s really mending fences.

Poor TR Knight! First the semi unknown actor is dragged out of the closet by his Grey’s Anatomy costar Isaiah Washington, and now we’re insulting his intelligence by suggesting he might quit the show in despair! The rumor that TR is so fed up with the politically incorrect shenanigans on the show that he might WALK AWAY is the cruelest blow of all. Would any actor in his right mind be dumb enough give up a regular and large paycheck from a hit show because his FEELINGS were hurt? Don’t be insulted, TR – we never believed that silly story for a minute!

PATRICK DEMPSEY TAKES A HIKE

Now that Patrick Dempsey has been dubbed “Dr. McDreamy” he has quite a rep to maintain. HIS sex appeal has viewers gravitating to Grey’s Anatomy and suddenly his own anatomy is being scrutinized . So Patrick is taking no chances. He’s hikng off his holiday calories in Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles. Fans interested in getting a glimpse of the sexy TV doc will have to keep their eyes open for a scruffy guy in sweats with a wool cap pulled down over his head. Of course, it’s also advisable for Patrick to keep in fighting shape just in case his costar Isaiah Washington gets out of hand again.
