A GLIMPSE OF JASON MOMOA

One of the perks of living in Southern California is you never know who you might run into at your local grocery store! Since the writers strike has torpedoed his plans to promote his upcoming Aquaman sequel, sexy Jason Momoa is filling his newfound free time promoting his recently launched vodka. We haven’t heard about Jason’s latest business venture until we saw that he’s making an appearance at a Gelson’s (a high end supermarket) in Newport Beach on September 19. We expect a lot of housewives will line up to catch a glimpse of Jason, but it remains to be seen if they’ll buy his vodka. (Speaking of a glimpse of Jason, I had a memorable one back around 2005. I was browsing at the Rose Bowl flea market when I gasped- noticing a very tall and muscular, drop-dead gorgeous man browsing also. I took several steps BACK to take in this incredible vision, and quickly decided this must be the the handsomest man on earth! Then I noticed Lisa Bonet and her mother were WITH him and figured he must be her boyfriend. Needless to say, Jason had no facial hair that day. Since then he keeps that exceptional face covered…with hair.)

Eiza Gonzalez Fast and Furious Jason Momoa Romance RV

WHAT DO JASON MOMOA AND EIZA GONZALEZ HAVE IN COMMON?

Okay, so undeniable hunk and outdoorsman Jason Momoa, 42, has been linked to drop-dead gorgeous Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez, 32, – his first possible “link” since he and wife Lisa Bonet parted ways. Currently, Jason and Eiza are filming Fast & Furious 10 together in Italy. Turns out he was also at the premier of her movie Ambulance, but avoided being photographed with her. People magazine is pretty reliable and they think it’s a budding romance. On the downside, are these two compatible? Eiza is in her element when she’s all dolled up for glam events like the Met Gala (Above) – the kind of situation Jason avoids like the plague. And don’t forget, Jason was last seen happily living in his RV camper (he likes being “close to nature”) parked at a friend’s house. (He even drove it to his Aquaman premier. ) Not exactly romantic…

JASON MOMOA: HOW DID I GET PULLED INTO THIS MESS?

Suddenly Jason Momoa has been thrust in to the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard lawsuit, and we wonder how he feels about that. Johnny’s rabid fans have been speculating all sorts of things about Jason and his Aquaman costar Amber – mostly because Jason started following Johnny on Instagram. Depp fans are insisting that Jason and Amber had an affair while filming, and THAT’S what broke up his marriage to Lisa Bonet. (So far there is absolutely NO evidence of that.) Depp’s fans are trying to get Amber cut from Aquaman 2. Supposedly emails between Amber and Jason are about to be revealed in court- THAT might clarify the situation. So far the only upside of the Depp/Heard debacle is that Aquaman 2 is getting loads of publicity…

BAD NEW FOR ANYONE WHO’S HAD COVID

We just learned something absolutely TERRIFYING about Covid’s after-effects that will have a lot of people reaching for a mask. It so happens that a majority of people who catch Covid notice that their hair is falling OUT in clumps or at the very least, thinning, a few months later. So if you have survived Covid – the worst might be yet to come! We first heard this from a hairdresser who experienced this herself, along with many of her clients who had Covid. Research backed up this terrible lingering symptom and the hair thinning can go on for a year. There is no current info about whether the hair grows back. WHY isn’t everybody talking about this? If more people had known about hair loss, they might have been a LOT more careful during the pandemic. Those anti-vax macho guys who refused to wear a mask might live to regret it. Jason Momoa did have Covid but he’s lucky to have a lot of hair to begin with. Too bad Covid doesn’t make beards fall out…

We were quite surprised when, after 16 years and two children together, Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet split up. No divorce papers have been filed yet, but they announced the split on January 13, and apparently have gone their separate ways. Lisa is still living in their home with the kids, while 6’4” Jason has been camping out in his beloved Earthromer RV on a friend’s property. Jason loves the $750,000 (!) custom vehicle SO much that he drove it to the Aquaman premier in 2019.The tricked out RV features a California king-size bed and comes with every luxury – including a gun safe…

You have to appreciate the delicate way that Jason Momoa announced that he and Lisa Bonet are splitting up. He said their love carries on, but they plan to “free each other.” After 16 years and two children, they are going their separate ways. We remember seeing Jason, Lisa, and her mother at the Rose Bowl flea market early in their relationship. Suddenly we were shoulder to shoulder with one of the most drop-dead gorgeous men we had ever seen and he was SO big we had to BACK UP to take it all in! In those days Jason had no facial hair.
