Jennifer Aniston surprised everyone when she revealed that filming the Friends Reunion was NOT EASY for her. She said it brought back a lot of memories that were not necessarily good. In fact it was the “hardest time of her life.” At one point she even had to walk off camera to compose herself. She explained that the reunion reminded her about what was going on in her life at that time. She didn’t explain- but we CAN. Jennifer’s marriage to Brad Pitt was unravelling and she desperately wanted it to work. (Brad has admitted he became a couch potato- smoking and drinking too much) Remember when Jennifer’s character Rachel on Friends became pregnant? That script was written because Jen WAS pregnant in real life -and eventually had a miscarriage. Being reminded of the loss of her marriage and child was not easy for Jennifer…

JUSTIN THEROUX BOUGHT HIS BEST FRIEND A LEATHER JACKET

The more we see Justin Theroux walking around New York with his beloved dog Kuma, the more we realize how much he and Jennifer Aniston have in common. Their split a few years ago was smooth and totally without rancor. Similar to Jen’s divorce from Brad Pitt– not one bad word or accusation, very civilized in spite of difficult circumstances. Interestingly, neither Jen or Justin has been photographed with new romances- only with their dogs. Justin is obviously as in love with his dog as Jennifer is with hers. Kuma is always by Justin’s side and today he’s wearing his black leather jacket. Not many guys buy their dogs clothing!

BRAD AND JEN AT THE EMMYS AGAIN

Certain people were thrilled to hear that both Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were nominated for Emmys this year. It WAS a surpise when Brad was nominated for his guest appearance on SNL playing Dr Anthony Fauci. (It also fulfilled Fauci’s wish that Brad would play him) Brad is in a tough category – Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. Among his competitors are Adam Driver and Eddie Murphy – both for SNL also. Jennifer Aniston got her first dramatic Emmy nomination for The Morning Show so she must be delighted. Keep in mind, Brad and Jen still have those die-hard fans hoping they will get back together. They won’t, although Brad and Jen ARE friends now- they still create excitement whenever they are in the same room …

JUSTIN THEROUX AND HIS CONSTANT COMPANION

If Jennifer Aniston is wondering what her ex Justin Theroux has been up to during social isolation – apparently not a whole lot. Justin posted a series of photos of himself and his dog Kuma spending LOTS of time together. (Looks like no new girlfriends yet) Justin was on the verge of starting the new series he’s producing and starring in for Apple TV when everything was put on hold for the pandemic. The Mosquito Coast is about an idealistic inventor who uproots his family and moves them to the Honduran jungle. Conveniently, it was a novel written by Justin’s uncle, Paul Theroux.

DON’T LET JENNIFER ANISTON AND COURTENEY COX CATCH YOU WITHOUT A MASK!

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are in total agreement about dogs and masks. They both adore their dogs (these pooches are Courtney’s) and urge everyone to wear masks. Earlier, they posted a photo of a previously healthy friend named Kevin in the hospital with dozens of tubes attached to his body, suffering with Covid-19 as a warning. The Friends stars insist “We want this to END –so wear a MASK!”

WAKE UP! JENNIFER AND BRAD ARE NOT GETTING BACK TOGETHER!

Okay, let’s get this Brad Pitt/Jennifer Aniston “reunion” nonsense out of the way, right now. Sure, they bumped into each other at the SAG Awards and were very cordial. There is NO reason for them NOT to be friends! When they were married, Brad did NOT cheat on Jen with Angelina Jolie! Period. Jen told Brad she wanted a divorce and had started the process BEFORE he started filming Mr and Mrs Smith with Angelina. Brad was sad and Angelina sensed his vulnerability – she set her sights on him, but did NOT break up their marriage. It was already OVER. Ironically, years later, Angelina divorced Brad for many of the same reasons Jen did – he became a boring couch potato who smoked pot all day. Brad admits, and is now addressing, his flaws – he IS basically a nice guy. (Certainly Brad has a new appreciation for the tactful way Jen handled THEIR divorce – no nasty accusations.) Brad and Jen are happy to be friends again – but NOT interested in a repeat performance.

BRAD LEARNED A FEW THINGS FROM JENNIFER

Golden Globe winner Brad Pitt was radiant on the red carpet – he barely missed bumping into his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, who was equally radiant. (They absolutely cannot be photographed anywhere NEAR each other because they will be accused by tabloids of reconciliation – and we can’t blame them.) Brad and Jen DID share a red carpet beauty tip- they both got fake tans before the event. And both looked amazing. Whether tanning bed or spray tan, Jennifer has been doing this for years, and Brad started to do the same when they were married. When he was with Angelina, Brad chose to appear as pale as she was.

THE SIMPLE REASON WHY JENNIFER ANISTON BROKE THE INTERNET (AND MADE KIM KARDASHIAN FURIOUS)

Sure, Jennifer Aniston became famous on one of the most popular (and well written) comedy series of all time, but none of her costars on Friends ever broke the internet with their amazing popularity. Fact is, Jennifer is different – she’s no only cute and famous, but she’s always been a genuinely NICE person. For example, we watched Jen and Courteney Cox separately leave a restaurant where they had met for dinner. Courteney leaped into her car, rolled up the window, and sped away – she didn’t want to be bothered by fans waiting outside. Jennifer went out of her way to acknowledge fans and happily signed autographs – she was friendly and polite. That’s Jen – likeable and unpretentious – as is also illustrated by her civilized divorce from Brad Pitt. And she REALLY loves her dogs…

Adam Sandler Jennifer Aniston Murder Mystery

HAS ADAM SANDLER ACTUALLY MADE A DECENT MOVIE?

It’s hard to believe, but Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston MIGHT have made an interesting movie for Netflix called Murder Mystery. We usually hate Adam’s films, but he neither wrote nor directed this one, so it has a chance. It’s described as a mystery/drama, and Adam and Jennifer play an ordinary married couple (he’s a NYC cop and she’s a hairdresser) who finally take a trip to Europe. They meet an interesting man on a flight and he invites them to a family event on the fabulous yacht of an elderly billionaire, played by Terence Stamp. Sound like fun – until the wealthy guy is murdered, and they become the prime suspects.

JUSTIN THEROUX IS BEING CLOSELY WATCHED

Tabloids are keeping a VERY close eye on Justin Theroux because they are frantic to catch him dating someone – preferably a sexy young actress like Selena Gomez (those rumors already circulated and died.) The tabs don’t really care much about Justin himself, but they are DYING to write stories about “Heartbroken Jennifer Aniston” because she REALLY sells magazines. Every time she breaks up with a guy, Jennifer has to endure those fake “pity” stories- even if SHE dumped HIM! Actually she’s living a great life without Justin, and she’s one of the luckiest and happiest women in Hollywood.
