Jersey Shore’s Snooki was thrilled with the Coach bag she bought at an outlet store, and she carried it everywhere. The Coach people noticed and, surprisingly, they made her an offer. They invited her to design her own signature Coach bag. She’s gotten a lot of endorsement offers, but this was too good to pass up. She’s designing a limited edition bag that will be sold only in Coach stores, starting this summer. What NEXT?

ON MARCH 20 THE JERSEY SHORE KIDS WILL DISAPPEAR

Just maybe, MTV has a surprise up their sleeve for the Jersey Shore cast. The crew has been told to be prepared to start shooting the new season on March 20, according to Radar Online, and they are expected to have their passports, blood tests, and background checks attended to. Again, there will be no internet, TV, or cell phones permitted. Rumors that MTV has a house ready in Miami for their occupancy have been rampant, but when you think about it, that’s not a logical choice. The Jersey Shore cast is SO familiar to everyone in America that they would be treated like celebrities. What makes them interesting is a peek into their ordinary lives. So they HAVE to leave the country. A foreign environment could be the catalyst for some hilarious unexpected “situations.” It’s going to be quite a challenge to keep their location a secret.

Snooki, Sammi, Vinny, and the rest of the Jersey Shore gang are back in Los Angeles, but so far only ONE of them can brag that a doll is being made in their image. Snooki, considered the break-out star of the group, will be immortalized with her own lookalike doll. She’s absolutely thrilled and the doll will have her signature look – heavy eye make up, a leopard print dress, and of course, the pouf hair. The Jersey doll is being rushed into stores while it’s still hot.

JERSEY SHORE’S JENNI GOT SNUBBED BY KIM KARDASHIAN

It wasn’t really a catfight, but Kim Kardashian made it clear that she is no fan of that OTHER reality show, Jersey Shore. Kim and her sisters designed the new Kardashian line for Bebe and she mingled with the audience before the NY fashion show. When Jenni JWoWW walked in and sat in the front row, the crowd got VERY excited and fans and photographers left Kim in the dust, and stampeded Jenni. Visibly annoyed, the mighty Kim snubbed Jenni by refusing to pose for a photo with her, and to top it off, she denied her a backstage pass. (Kim will not be thrilled to learn that Jenni has a deal for her OWN fashion collection!)

JERSEY SHORE’S SAMMI AND RONNIE CAN NO LONGER STAND THE SIGHT OF EACH OTHER

The second season of “Jersey Shore” just got WAY more interesting. When the finale aired, Ronnie Magro and Sammi Giancola seemed to have an awkward fight, but nobody was sure if it was for real. Apparently it WAS for real, and their relationship has gone downhill since then. Not only are they not dating, but they can’t STAND to be in the same room together. That means they’re losing money on personal appearances because they don’t want to see each other. It also means there will be plenty of tension in the South Beach house when the gang gets together in Miami this Spring.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO IS HOOKED ON JERSEY SHORE

The Jersey Shore kids are STILL talking about one night they spent at a Hollywood club because a major movie star proved to be one of their biggest fans. One night Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Rafaeli were at Voyeur and Leo was looking bored as usual, with sunglasses and his cap pulled down. The Jersey Shore cast walked in and Leo came to life. He ran up and hugged the startled Snooki, exclaiming “You guys are the coolest!” He insisted on having his photo taken with each of them (You KNOW how he usually hates photos) and invited them to sit at HIS table. “He treated them like ROYALTY,” an observer told us. “He didn’t want Lindsay Lohan to sit at his table, but he loved having the Jersey cast.“ He introduced the Jersey guys to Victoria’s Secret models and was having so much fun he wouldn’t let them leave until 3:30 AM.

THE JERSEY SHORE GUIDOS COULD WASH UP ON MALIBU BEACH

Aspiring Guidos (top photo) were hoping to fill their shoes, but just as we predicted, the Jersey Shore kids came to their senses and signed with MTV for another season of the show. We were concerned that the second time around might fall flat, but MTV is smarter than we realized. The Jersey Shore kids will NOT be going back to the same house or even the same beach. MTV says they will be relocated to a “warmer climate” – they haven’t decided where. This is a brilliant notion – imagine Snooki and The Situation surfing in Malibu, hanging with models on South Beach, or topless at the French Riviera! We’re talking cultural shock, here, and it’s going to be fun. The question is, will the Jersey kids change according to their environment or will the environment be changed by them?

UNLIKE MOST OF US, THE “JERSEY SHORE” GIRLS ARE HAPPY WITH THEMSELVES

The women of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” have perhaps forever changed the concept of Italian American women that “The Sopranos” reinforced. The Shore girls, Jenni JWoww, Sammi Sweetheart, and Snooki, have been described as “predatorial, mean spirited, and crass” – much like their male counterparts. The guys on the show seem to primp far more than the girls do. Most noteworthy of all, the girls are all voluptuous and full figured. And PROUD of it. They eat what and when they want, without a thought to caloric content. The “Jersey” girls have done more to promote normal sized woman than all the full-figured models (like Emme) put together.

JERSEY SHORE IS STILL FILMING SOMETHING FOR MTV

Some people will do anything to get attention and a handstand isn’t out of the question if you’re Snooki from “Jersey Shore.” The Jersey gang was filming on Venice beach this weekend and they walked around like Pied Pipers with a trail of followers hot on their trail. They all took photos of each other and then left for the East Coast.

DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF “JERSEY SHORE”

“Jersey Shore” is more powerful than many realized. Especially that dumber-than-dumb school teacher who punched Snooki in the face on camera. As a result of that bar brawl over shots, Brad Ferro lost his job as a gym teacher at a New York high school. Justice is served. Of course, if that happened in California he’d still be teaching, or maybe he’d be at home being paid for doing nothing. The teacher’s union in California makes it nearly impossible to fire ANY teacher – no matter how inept they are.

You’ve lived though Jennifer Aniston’s “The Rachel” hairdo, now it’s time for “The Snook.” “Jersey Shore’s” Snooki is responsible for the new hairstyle that’s even sweeping Barneys in Beverly Hills. Several women were spotted this weekend with Snooki’s long straight black hair with the poof on top – no doubt, to add height. Little did the 4’9” reality star suspect her “guidette” do would inspire a new trend. No more Amy Winehouse beehives – it’s time for “The Snook!”

Yes, although summer at Jersey Shore has turned to winter, Ronnie and Sammi “Sweetheart” are still a hot item. But not TOO hot. (Above, they’re leaving a New York club) They’re definitely not engaged and don’t live together. Taking it “day by day.” We’re looking forward to Ronnie’s upcoming fistfight on the series. Will the gang be back NEXT summer? Funny how everybody was horrified and complaining about the series when it started – and now it’s a huge hit for MTV!

DON’T BACK DOWN, MTV, KEEP “JERSEY SHORE” ON THE AIR

We just don’t understand why advertisers are quitting “Jersey Shore,” Italians are objecting to “stereotypes,” and NJ lawmakers are even getting into the act by appealing to MTV to cancel the show. Why is everyone taking this fluffy show so SERIOUSLY? These kids do represent a segment of the population and why shouldn’t it be presented on TV? Appalachians didn’t try to get “The Beverly Hillbillies” booted off the air – and that was a SCRIPTED show. These kids are just living their lives on camera and if they want to call themselves “guidos” – why NOT? A lot of people happen to think “guidos” are very appealing. This political correctness is getting WAY out of hand. Hopefully, MTV is enjoying the controversy.

It’s nice to see the Jersey Shore kids out of their element and smack in the middle of Hollywood at Voyeur. Despite complaints about the show from SOME Italian-Americans, the paparazzi – and other clubgoers- greeted them with flashes and open arms. That’s Pauly D (he’s hoping Playgirl will call him for a layout) with The Situation, Snookie, who got punched, and Jenni JWoww. The Situation couldn’t resist flaunting his muscles in a wife-beater even on a chilly night.

MTV’S “JERSEY SHORE” SEEMS LIKE A SPIN-OFF OF “GROWING UP GOTTI”

We needed something to fill the gap when “Growing Up Gotti” went off the air and now we have it: “Jersey Shore.” MTV put eight twentysomething Italians (four guys and four girls) from the New York area into a summer share at the Jersey shore, equipped with a hot tub and other amenities. It’s walking distance from the beach and bars, so these self-described “guidos” and “guidettes” just party all the time. One of the guys, Pauly D, even LOOKS like a Gotti with his gelled hair, fake tan, and gold jewelry. Like “Growing Up Gotti,” this show also has subtitles because there’s a lot of sloppy diction, but it’s fun to see how this subculture carries on.
