JONAH HILL: HIS MAKEOVER GAVE HIM AN EGO BOOST

Dane Cook posted this photo on Instagram with CAPTION THIS. It’s a still from 2007’s Superbad featuring accused “emotional abuser” Jonah Hill as a nerdy high school kid desperate for female company. Jonah was a totally different person back then- he was the chubby funny, guy with the curly hair who couldn’t get a girlfriend. For the past few years, Jonah has been giving himself a TOTAL makeover. He moved to the beach, learned to surf and started doing it every day. He lost weight, cultivated a tan, and his hair turned blonde! We’re thinking the thinner and better looking he got, the more powerful he felt. The surfer girl he dumped for his baby-mama posted texts Jonah sent -indicating he attempted to control her behavior. The new improved Jonah figured he could get away with that stuff!

JONAH HILL LOVES A POLITICAL SCANDAL

George Santos put the CON in Congress and now the disgraced newly-elected NY Congressman’s web of lies could be turned into a limited TV series, thanks to Jonah Hill. Practically everything out of his mouth and on his resume has been one giant lie, but Santos was still able to persuade a majority of savvy New Yorkers to elect him as their representative. More and more of his fabrications seem to come out daily and as disgusting as it is, it’s also one of the most interesting political scandals since Donald Trump’s shenanigans. According to a friend, Jonah is fascinated by this sociopath who was elected to office, and he’s eager to set aside his surf board and produce and star in his own series. He hopes to secure the story rights and sell the idea to Netflix. Jonah has a good relationship with the streaming giant since starring in their hit movie, Don’t Look Up.

Girlfriend Jonah Hill Surfer

JONAH HILL FOUND HIS “LITTLE SURFER GIRL”

A few years ago when Jonah Hill made up his mind to become a surfer – he went all the way. First, he bought a house in Santa Monica to be close to the beach. As he took surf lessons, his LOOKS changed – he started getting tattoos, peroxiding his hair, and wearing colorful beachy shirts. He vowed to surf EVERY DAY no matter what the weather. At one point someone posted a sign on Hill’s favorite beach that said “Jonah Hill Ruined Surfing”– apparently referring to the fact that Jonah attracted paparazzi to the surfing beach. Jonah also traded in his former girlfriend for a dedicated female surfer who teaches and belongs to a surfing sisterhood group. He’s so smitten with Sarah Brady that he posted a photo of them together captioned “Life’s a beach with you”

JONAH HILL IS THE LAST PERSON WE’D CAST AS JERRY GARCIA

Why am I so appalled at the idea of Jonah Hill playing Jerry Garcia in Martin Scorsese’s film about The Grateful Dead? It’s criminal! Does anyone else feel that way? Don’t get me wrong- I think Jonah Hill is a perfectly good actor- I particularly like his comedies. BUT, Jerry Garcia was a legendary figure – a wild man, a womanizer, and a drug addict. He was a symbol of the tumultuous 1960’s when overindulgence was celebrated. Jonah Hill is masterful at playing a nerd and a meek “ordinary” guy – most of all, he’s funny. Crazy wigs and beards are NOT going to turn Jonah Hill into Jerry Garcia – and this early photo from the set backs me up!

JONAH HILL IS NOW A CITIZEN OF SURF CITY

Almost a year ago, Jonah Hill made up his mind to learn how to surf. He grew up in Southern California afraid of the waves, and didn’t attempt to conquer his fear of surfing until he turned 35. He loved it right away and throughout the coronavirus isolation he’s been surfing almost every day in Malibu – alone. He falls a lot less frequently now and appears to have lost a few pounds. He replaced his old black wetsuit with a new royal blue one. (Perhaps to attract a “Gidget?”) Jonah is proud of his accomplishment and says “anything is possible.”

Barneys Hair! Jonah Hill Shopping

JONAH HILL LIKES TO EXPERIMENT WITH HIS LOOKS

Here’s a Hollywood moment. Jonah Hill is yakking up a storm, waiting for his car outside Barneys in Beverly Hills and he has a brand new hair color. Last week while he was in Cabo San Lucas with his sexy girlfriend, stylist Gianna Santos, he had green hair. This wavy blonde look is reminiscent of Jerry Lee Lewis. (Jonah lightened his beard also.) He’s carrying a man-purse or a small gym bag and a shopping bag from the store. The size of the bag indicates that it’s a gift for his girlfriend. He’s no fool.

JONAH HILL’S NEW LOOK: HOT OR SUPERBAD?

You can’t tell by the way he’s dressed, but Jonah Hill, 34, is in a good place right now. His weight fluctuations are legendary, but he’s currently enjoying a slim look that enables him to shop at places like Balenciaga. More important, he’s has written and directed his first film, Mid90s, about a bunch of skateboarders hanging out in the 90’s. We are fascinated by the sudden abundance of brand spanking new tattoos on his arms, so deliberately displayed by his athletic tank top. Men’s magazines have actually started documenting his questionable street style and he looks happier than ever!

JONAH HILL IS LOSING MORE THAN HIS PANTS

Jonah Hill has lost so much weight that his pants are falling down! And those BRAIDS! He’s in the middle of filming Maniac for Netflix- with Emma Stone. It’s the comedic story of two people in a mental institution and their fantasies. It’s funny how whenever Jonah loses weight, he also loses his girlfriend. (It’s been awhile since he’s been seen with anyone.) When he gains it back, they return.

HOW JONAH HILL REALLY LOST ALL THAT WEIGHT

Jonah Hill has been going up and down at least a hundred pounds since the first time we saw him on film. It’s astonishing – but he plays it down by explaining that he just “watches what he eats.” Oh and, he stops drinking beer. But we think cigarettes have a lot to do with it. He’s chainsmoking on the set of his new Netflix series with Emma Stone called Maniac. It takes place in the 80’s – which explains the mullet and tube socks.

Jonah Hill Weight

JONAH HILL IS BACK IN HIS SKINNY JEANS

Yep, he’s done it again. Jonah Hill slimmed down for Moneyball in 2011. Last winter, however, the actor was busting out of his clothes in New York and he seemed resigned to his bigger size. But in the summer he gradually started dropping pounds – most likely motivated by new job prospects. He might be getting in shape for a new TV series he starts filming next year called Maniac. But he’s happy to be back in his tight-ish pants.
