WILL PARIS JACKSON GET WHAT SHE WANTS?

Paris Jackson has made it clear that she would like to spend the summer on her biological mother Debbie Rowe’sWILL PARIS HILSTON California ranch, but the Jackson family isn’t thrilled with the idea. Since her suicide attempt, Paris, 16, has been doing well at the Diamond Ranch Academy therapeutic boarding school in Utah, and the school approves of a two week vacation for her – but not the whole summer. But Paris would like to not only spend the summer with her mother, but stay there indefinitely, and not return to Utah. Katherine Jackson is against the idea – especially since Debbie became engaged to Marc Schaffel, Michael Jackson’s former manager. Schaffel sued Michael several times after he was fired. It’s a convoluted situation but Paris DOES seem to be having a more normal life in Utah than she did in LA. Hopefully, common sense will prevail.

Katherine Jackson’s greedy lawyers are trying to drain every dollar they can out of the Jackson family – and that’s a LOT of dollars. The judge just rejected her request for a new trial in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit against AEG that she LOST in October. Of course, THAT cost a bundle in lawyer fees. Now she’s taking it to the California Court of Appeal. She’s determined to blame someone else for Michael’s death and her lawyers couldn’t be happier.

We’ve always laughed at the story that the Jackson family considered themselves to be the “black Kennedys,” but it’s true, although an employee says they were more like the Corleones. Stacy Brown, a journalist friend of the family who wrote books with Rebbie and Jermaine, revealed some fascinating family secrets to the NY Post. One of the juiciest was the fact that Katherine deeply resented Michael Jackson’s bond with Elizabeth Taylor. Michael loved to imagine that Liz was his mother and spent a fortune showering her with expensive jewelry and gifts. Katherine thought Liz had stolen her son away and when visiting Neverland, Katherine refused to even sit in the same chair that Elizabeth had sat in!

THE BIG LOSERS ARE KATHERINE JACKSON’S LAWYERS

Katherine Jackson put on a brave face and acted like her courtroom loss wasn’t the end of the world. But it was for her lawyers. Radaronline pointed out that the Jackson lawyers took the case on contingency – meaning they worked for free and if they won they would take 33% of whatever Katherine was awarded. That could have been 484 million if Katherine had gotten the 1.6 billion she asked for. But the lawyers lost and got nothing. Their years of work would have cost around 20 million if Katherine had paid them. Now we’re waiting to see if AEG Live sues Katherine to pay THEIR legal bills. They should. After FIVE long months of trial, the Michael Jackson jury got it right. Apparently Katherine Jackson was hoping the public’s general dislike of “corporate greed” would swing the verdict in her direction. But truth and logic prevailed! To accuse AEG Live of being responsible for drug addicted Michael’s death is absurd. The Jacksons appeared very greedy in their demand for billions of dollars to make up for the loss of their bread-winning son Michael. And Michael’s children suffered considerable torment due to the revealing trial. Our legal system worked this time.

Janet Jackson is becoming more and more estranged from her family. Nobody in her family even knew she was married until they read about it months later. Since Michael died Janet’s five brothers have been pestering her for money and she’s been generous, but feels used. Since she married her billionaire Wissam Al Mana, she’s been keeping him away from her brothers because she knows they will hound her husband to invest in their questionable business schemes. If Katherine wins her lawsuit she will undoubtedly share the money with her sons and Janet will be off the hook for awhile.

Not only has the trial re-tarnished Michael Jackson’s reputation, but AEG Live claims they have “irrefutable proof” that Michael is not the biological father of Paris and Prince and they are ready to bring it to court. Paris, 15, is distraught over her family secrets being exposed in public and she doesn’t want to appear in court herself. This is what the Jackson family brought upon themselves.

Michael Jackson’s family members are starting to look like liars in court. In Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, her lawyer claimed in his opening statement that Michael had been drug addicted for years – his family and everyone seemed to know EXCEPT AEG. But RadarOnline has located a document from 2007 that proves the Jacksons are not telling the truth. Back in 2007, People magazine wrote that Michael had a substance abuse problem and his family attempted an intervention. Katherine and Michael’s four brothers drew up and SIGNED an official statement DENYING that Michael had drug or alcohol problems and stating that they never attempted an intervention. RadarOnline has published the document – no doubt to the delight of AEG lawyers.

THE BIOLOGICAL TRUTH ABOUT MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS MIGHT COME OUT IN COURT

The 40 million dollar lawsuit that the Jackson family slammed on AEG Live for “wrongful Death” got interesting when Jackson lawyers asked the judge to exclude evidence of the paternity of Michael’s kids. If the judge does NOT go along with this request, the world might finally learn who the biological parents of the kids are. We already know that Paris and Prince were born to Debbie Rowe with a sperm donation from Dr Arnie Klein (although it would be nice to have it verified.) We are STILL curious to find out who gave birth to and fathered Blanket. Supposedly he had a Latina surrogate mother but the father is unknown. And don’t tell us you are one of those people who believe Michael might have fathered any of those children! This court case could turn out to be VERY interesting – family secrets might be revealed.
