Kelly Osbourne has been showing off her new boyfriend Jimmy Q (real name James Quaintance) all over town for the past few weeks. Kelly loves “discovering” unique characters and her new beau is a pro-skateboarder, a model, musician, and tattoo artist. We would have guessed he was from London, but he actually grew up in “skatertown” AKA Venice, California. His unique looks do get him modeling jobs in the UK, however. What the heck, Kelly’s having fun, and Jimmy’s most evident vice so far is his constant smoking.

DID KELLY OSBOURNE RAID HER MOTHER’S CLOSET?

Kelly Osbourne must have a good heart – she got an award from the I Love Me foundation at a ceremony in Hollywood today. The foundation helps LGBT survivors of sexual and domestic abuse. Granted, it’s a rather serious event, but Kelly’s fashion was not on target – it made her look far too matronly. Maybe Kelly need some frivolity in her life about now…

Looks like Kelly Osbourne is still into looking like a female version of 80’s icon Boy George – except HE wears more make-up. George is probably flattered – he’s currently on a world tour with Culture Club so he’s earning money again. Kelly may have left Fashion Police, but she’s still involved in fashion, having just taken part in New York’s Fashion Week where she tweeted comments about her favorite shows. She took her little dog everywhere as usual. Boyfriends come and go, but dog love is forever.

We’re not sure what Kelly Osbourne, 31, does for a living right now but she’s certainly a poster child for the reality series world. After coming of age on her family’s reality series The Osbournes, which aired from 2001 to 2005, she’s tried many related careers. She acted a little and even recorded a few songs. After three times in rehab she found work on all kinds of reality shows in the US, the UK, and Australia – she’s most famous here for Fashion Police and Dancing with the Stars. She’s had a lot of boyfriends but seems to love her dogs more. Her style is never boring and she looked like she was inspired by Boy George when she arrived at LAX this week.

Our favorite spy tells us that the hair colorist that Ozzy Osbourne has been supposedly “supporting,” Michelle Pugh, has been avoiding calls from both Sharon Osbourne (who found her through Ozzy’s emails) and Kelly Osbourne. (We would too!) They called the shop where she works many times before the story leaked out, but were told she had been “fired.” Actually, Ozzy’s mistress is still coloring her regular customers hair at the Meche salon in Beverly Hills – but she is now undercover. Maybe wearing a brown wig and glasses…Certainly she is no longer there to any female callers with English accents!

It’s rumored that Kelly Osbourne resents the fact that Kathy Griffin is getting paid so much more than everyone else when she replaces Joan Rivers on Fashion Police. The E! channel is notoriously frugal with its performers and Kelly and the others on the show are probably getting close to union cable minimum. (without a union) E! executives feel that its an honor to be seen on the channel and therefore they don’t have to pay much. Only very special talent like Joel McHale or Joan – and now Kathy – get anywhere NEAR a passable salary. Most performers who make a salary fuss on E! are replaced rather quickly.
