Laurie Metcalf

Here’s an odd and convoluted piece of information. Laurie Metcalf (she’s most famous for playing Roseanne’s sister Jackie) has split with her husband Matt Roth (he appeared on both Roseanne and Desperate Housewives with Laurie as her husband.) Matt went off and started up his own food truck business called “The Patty Wagon.” He cooks up and serves gourmet grass-fed beef burgers (delicious!) while his new girlfriend takes the orders. The burgers have rave reviews.
