Are the security people at LAX requiring passengers to show their abs now? Ashlee Simpson’s husband Pete Wentz gave other travelers an eyeful whether they liked it or not, when he pulled off his clothing for security check in. It’s not the first time Pete has revealed his assets- nude photos of him circulated on the internet in 2006 – he had foolishly sent them to a girlfriend.

Nick Nolte, 69, may look like an eccentric grandpa, but he’s managed to attract three wives and multiple “domestic partners” through the years. His current partner is Clytie Lane and they have a two and a half year old daughter Sophie. The “Down and Out in Beverly Hills” star favors wearing pajamas as often as possible (We’ve seen him in New York nightclubs in his jammies) and this outfit he wore at LAX is about as close to PJ’s as one can get.

Kendra Wilkinson put on a brave face at LAX where she was about to board a plane for Indianapolis. That’s where she lives with her ball player husband Hank Baskett and their new baby Hank Jr, whether she likes it or not. Former “Girls Next Door” star Kendra looks like she already misses her friends in Hollywood and all her favorite clubs and fancy restaurants. She had a great time partying during Oscar week and hung around as long as she could, but eventually she HAS to go home. But she’ll be back!

BRAD PITT SPENDS TIME ALONE WITH EACH OF HIS KIDS

We like the way Brad Pitt bonds with his kids one at a time. That way they each feel special. This weekend he flew out of LAX to Miami and took Maddox, 8, to the Super Bowl. Mad loves sports and he and Brad often attend games while Pax loves playing video games with his dad. Brad also knows what little girls like and he has taken both Shiloh and Zahara – separately – to the American Girl store and bought them dolls that look like themselves.

LADY GAGA IS A SIGHT TO BEHOLD AT LAX

We’ve seen some surprising airport get-ups- celebrities often try to keep their identities under wraps. That’s definitely not Lady Gaga’s motivation. She startled and delighted other passengers at LAX when she showed up wearing a scarf and a latex bra and matching tight skirt. Not surprising, since Lady Gaga says fashion is “everything” to her, and she credits Grace Jones as an inspiration. We wonder how comfortable latex is during a long flight.

ROB PATTINSON HEADS BACK TO CANADA ALONE

Robert Pattinson spent this weekend in Los Angeles and he ended up at LAX carrying his own bags for his return to Vancouver. The second half of “New Moon” resumes filming this week. The photogenic “Twilight” star wore his black hoody and black jeans and tried to hide his face but had to take his jacket off, thus revealing his recognizable hair.

P Diddy had an “Unforgivable” (that’s the name of his fragrance) fashion lapse at LAX and he hoped no one would notice. But they did. He was layered up in a baseball cap , a hooded sweatshirt, a winter jacket and Crocs on his feet. He had an assistant carrying his bags and a pillow. Security took one look at his appearance and insisted that the multimillionaire show his passport and peel off all his outerwear.
