Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber, 50, and Naomi Watts, the mother of his two sons, only split a little over a year ago, and he’s already dating a 26 year old beauty contest winner! Naomi can’t be too thrilled about Liev’s romance with Miss South Dakota 2012, but what’s a girl to do? Their sons get along just fine with Taylor Neisen and in the beginning some people assumed she was the boys’ nanny. It turns out Taylor comes from a wealthy family (private plane etc) and she’s in the process of getting her own place in Manhattan. One drawback: some observers say young Taylor makes Liev look OLDER….

Dogs Kids Liev Schreiber Naomi Watts

LIEV SCHREIBER: TWO DOGS ARE BETTER THAN ONE

Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber and his two sons, Sasha and Samuel (in the pink and blue unicorn suit) took one of their dogs for a walk in Manhattan. Liev and Naomi Watts have split, but seem to have no problem with custody of the kids. Liev was very smart to adopt TWO lookalike brother and sister dogs who were left homeless after the Houston hurricane. Naomi approved of the adoption and the pups were named Willow and Woody. Now she and Liev each have a dog at home – and the kids have a dog wherever they spend time.

Showtime likes Liev Schreiber so much that they moved his series from Los Angeles to New York after six successful seasons. Liev was miserable because he had so little time to spend with his children, who live in New York with their mother. He and his longtime partner Naomi Watts split up amicably last year after 11 years together. Naomi is currently dating Billy Crudup. Ray Donovan writers toiled to create a plausible reason for their main character to move to New York. We wonder how the rest of the cast and crew were affected by the move…

LIEV SCHREIBER ISN’T TOO TOUGH FOR COMIC-CON

Ray Donovan tough guy Liev Schreiber, 49, isn’t too busy to take his sons to Comic-con in San Diego. Both boys were dressed in costume as their favorite comic characters and the youngest, Sam, prettied himself up as DC Comics’ Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad. She’s a fictional supervillain with loads of style and Harley happens to be the most popular female character in comics these days. Margot Robbie played her in Suicide Squad.

LIEV SCHREIBER CARRIED THE FAMILY CHRISTMAS TREE HOME ON HIS BACK

If this photo doesn’t get you in the mood for Christmas, nothing will. It’s sweet that Liev Schreiber and his wife Naomi Watts go out of their way to do so many ordinary things with their children. Maybe that’s partly because they live in New York instead of in a mansion behind a big gate in Beverly Hills. They are obviously successful parents who want their kids to grow up the way they did – enjoying normal activities.

6’3” tough guy Liev Schreiber is master of “the serious face.” He usually plays brutal, silent characters like “Ray Donovan,” but he was totally believable as the brainy Russian chess champ, Boris Spassky, in “Pawn Sacrifice.“ His versatility is no accident – he graduated from Yale Drama School. And by Hollywood standards, his ten year marriage to Naomi Watts is a long one. They have two sons – Samuel and Alexander – and Liev manages to spend a lot of time with them. Above, he’s walking the boys to school in New York. The fact that he’s not so hard-boiled and has a soft side makes him more appealing.

Ray Donovan star Liev Schreiber is a man who believes in the virtue of bicycles and he has raised his family on wheels. He and his partner (possibly his wife) Naomi Watts, and their two sons, live mostly in New York and have an assortment of bicycles there. They have bikes built for two and bikes with special child seats. Photos of them getting in or out of cars are rare! The family has the same collection of bicycles at their Los Angeles home. Above, Liev pulls little Sam in a cart while Sasha rides his own bike alongside.

And he cares about the environment! 6’3” Liev rode both of his sons, Samuel and Alexander, to school on his bicycle built for three, along with their backpacks and paraphernalia. And he got them there on time.

JOHN TURTURRO AND WOODY ALLEN MAKE A WINNING PAIR

John Turturro might be the LAST person we’d picture as a gigolo but he certainly imagines HIMSELF as a plausible ladies man in “Fading Gigolo” John wrote and directed and stars in the movie. He assembled an impressive cast for his comedy. Woody Allen costars as Turturro’s cash-strapped friend who becomes his pimp. Sofia Vergara, Sharon Stone, Vanessa Paradis, and Liev Schreiber add to the fun. It debuts in September at the Toronto Film Festival. John and Woody look like they’re on the same wavelength. We’re looking forward to this one.

Liev Schreiber and his two year old son Sasha are sitting on the stoop in Soho, having a man to man talk. Mom Naomi Watts is away in Canada finishing up her movie thriller“Dream House.” After five years of togetherness and two children, Liev and Naomi have no marriage plans but they did recently return from a family vacation in Barbados. Liev still has his tan. Next up for both Liev and Naomi: they’ve both been cast in an “Untitled Comedy” – a feature film composed of short films by different directors.
