You’d think they’d want the gorgeous Scandal star to be an immediately recognizable cover girl, but people are asking “Who IS this?” The bottom photo is from Elle and it happened to be taken in our own Tiki cabana.

It makes no sense. This is one of the photos of Britney Spears in Lucky magazine that caused such an uproar among fans who resented the heavy photo-shopping and obvious wig. There were no complaints from Britney – because she has never looked better. (At least not in the last eight years.) Sure, the wig looks “wiggy,” but we bet Britney took it home and plans to wear it on The X-Factor. For some reason, Britney hasn’t found a hairdresser able to conquer her frazzled locks. Her own hair looks perpetually damaged and her extensions usually look fake. Maintaining her looks has never been high on Britney’s priority list. We think Lucky magazine did her a favor.
