HALLE BERRY IS CONFIDENT IN THE COURTROOM

Halle Berry has a history of unpleasant custody battles – there were some nasty accusations when she split with model Gabriel Aubry, the father of her now 12 year old daughter Nahla. When she was married to her son Maceo’s dad, French actor Olivier Martinez, they all planned to move to France, but Aubry put a stop to it. He wanted access to his daughter. Halle and Olivier lasted 2 years, and divorced in 2015. They shared custody of Maceo, but Olivier was forced to stay in LA to be close to his son. Most of his work is in France, but Olivier seemed to choose his son over his career. Halle and Olivier have a new court date to make custody decisions about Maceo – we bet Olivier is hoping to take Maceo, now 6, to France for a visit -will Halle allow this – especially in a pandemic? Halle seems confident about the outcome – she’s representing herself in court – no lawyer.

OLIVIER MARTINEZ IS FOOLISHLY UNAFRAID OF YOUR GERMS

It’s a little sad to see Olivier Martinez shopping and picking up his baguette at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills because he usually does this chore with his son Maceo. But why no mask and gloves? Maceo is likely isolating with his mom Halle Berry. The French actor (remember how sexy he was in Unfaithful?) has been living in Los Angeles since he divorced Halle in 2016 because he wants to spend maximum time with his son. Ironically, Olivier and Halle planned to move to France when they were together, but Halle’s ex Gabriel Aubry wouldn’t allow her to move with their daughter. Olivier isn’t accepting acting jobs that will keep him away for long, so his career is taking second place to his son.

HALLE BERRY IS SUCCESSFULLY KEEPING HER EXES APART

Halle Berry braved the rare rainy day in Beverly Hills to take her kids to the dentist. Nahla Aubry and Mateo Martinez just had their regular check-ups. Since her kids’ fathers Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez do NOT get along (Halle doesn’t seem too fond of her exes either) and she has to schedule parent visiting time carefully. The last time they bumped into each other while picking up and dropping off kids at Halle’s house, they started brawling and Gabriel got punched in the face. Right now Halle’s between boyfriends.

OLIVIER MARTINEZ AND MACEO CAN’T WAIT FOR LUNCH

Hungry little Maceo Martinez is attacking that baguette with considerable gusto while his father Olivier rolls the grocery cart out of Bristol Farms. Olivier is from Paris and likes to retain his French habits to so he picks up a fresh baguette nearly every day. Olivier would probably rather BE in Paris because most of his friends and work are there, but he doesn’t want to leave his son Maceo (with Halle Berry) in Los Angeles. Too far away. Meanwhile, Maceo is picking up French habits and words from his dad.

MACEO MARTINEZ HAS HIS DADDY’S EYES

Olivier Martinez, 50, spends as much time as possible with his little boy Maceo since he and Halle Berry filed for divorce last fall. At one time Olivier and Halle planned to move to France and raise their children but a Judge said she couldn’t take her daughter Nahla (with Gabriel Aubrey) out of the country. Now Olivier is forced to spend most of his time in LA in order to see his son Maceo. Olivier claims he doesn’t like living in LA and gets more acting jobs in France. He appeared in the TV miniseries Texas Rising last year but isn’t as busy as he’d like to be. Maceo does have his daddy’s slanted eyes….

HALLE BERRY’S BACK AT WORK AND HAS A SPECIAL VISITOR

Halle Berry is filming an episode of the upcoming CBS Sci- Fi thriller series, “Extant” and she had a visitor. Coworkers gathered around when Halle’s nanny brought her adorable new five month old son Maceo Martinez to the set. The plot sounds interesting: Halle plays an astronaut who returns from space after a year of conducting experiments to resume life with her scientist husband played by Goran Visnjic, and the robotic son he has created. Her return has dramatic consequences for the whole planet. By the way, the adjective “extant” means “still in existence.”
