A SURPRISE PERFORMANCE BY AUSTIN BUTLER

Austin Butler credits the late Lisa Marie Presley for helping him in his award winning role as her father Elvis Presley, so he’s planning to pay his respects to her with a touching performance. Austin was with Lisa Marie at the Golden Globes less than 48 hours before her unexpected death and while he’s clearly in a state of shock and mourning, he wants to honor her at her memorial this Sunday. Austin is booked solid in the middle of Hollywood awards season, but he’s moving things around and plans to attend her memorial at Graceland. He’s been offered a private jet to make the commute easier and according to one insider, hopes to sing at least one of Elvis’s songs, Separate Ways. The lesser known song was never a hit for Elvis, but something about its darker lyrics captivated Lisa Marie, and she often said it was one of her favorites.

Johnny Hallyday Memorial Service Mickey Rourke

MICKEY ROURKE DOESN’T FORGET HIS DEPARTED FRIENDS

We didn’t realize that Mickey Rourke and French singer Johnny Hallyday (he was credited with bringing rock & roll to France) were such good friends. Johnny died a few years ago and Mickey never forgets to post a Tribute to him on Instagram on his birthday, June 15. This year his wife Laeticia Hallyday held a memorial ceremony for what would have been Johnny’s 77th birthday on the beach in Santa Monica for family and friends. They played Johnny’s music, told stories about him, and tossed flowers into the ocean.

Accident Greg Plitt Memorial Service Video

GREG PLITT: WE DON’T WANT TO SEE THIS VIDEO

We do feel awful for bodybuilder Greg Plitt’s parents because his fatal train accident never should have happened. His devastated family was consoled by the fact that Greg’s many friends reached out and his Beverly Hills memorial service Saturday was packed with people. However there was a buzz through the crowd that this story is not over. Apparently there IS a lurid video of Greg’s accident and it is expected to appear on the internet.
