DIANE KEATON’S KIDS KNOW WHAT SHE LIKES

On Mother’s Day, Diane Keaton’s children (pictured above three years ago) took their mom to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles to see the new Uri Fischer exhibition. Fischer is a Swiss contemporary artist whose extraordinary installations and sculptures sell for millions. According to another visitor, Diane wore a black multi-layered outfit (despite the hot weather) with the usual derby and glasses and black tights with sensible shoes. Her kids Dexter, 17, and Duke, 12, were casually attired and listened intently while Diane talked enthusiastically about the art.

MOCA HOPES YOU’LL FIT INTO LADY GAGA’S SHOES

gagadress1 Prada designed size 4 bouffant dress, hand painted and festooned with chandelier glass, and Frank Gehry designed headdress that Lady Gaga wore when she performed at the MOCA 30th Anniversary Gala are being auctioned off to raise money for the museum. Included with the dress are Gaga’s matching size 6 and ½ platform shoes with chandelier glass dripping from the heels. (Tiny feet!) Yes, the headpiece reminds us of Disney Hall. We saw these treasures up close and they ARE exceptional. The costume is valued at $30,000, but someone might get a good deal. The Gehry hat is also valued at $30,000, and it’s all for a worthwhile cause – we love our museum.

GWEN AND GAVIN DIDN’T MIND PLAYING SECOND FIDDLE TO BRAD AND ANGELINA AT MOCA

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale arrived at the MOCA 30th Anniversary party in Los Angeles and almost got lost in the shuffle because all the attention was being paid to Brad and Angelina, who were dressed up in black. Gwen looks casual and cute in her drop crotch harem pants and Gavin is relaxed in his shredded t shirt.

We were surprised to spot Adrian Grenier in the massive crowd of thousands that turned out for LA’s Museum of Contemporary Art opening over the weekend. (The ultra exclusive party thrown for patrons and celebrities happened the night before.) The bearded Entourage star and his low key friends blended in with the mob scene without calling any attention to themselves. And he did seem to be in awe of the modern art collection on display.
