Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus, 37, suddenly found herself a paparazzi target for the first time today at LAX and she tried to keep her composure. Last night she was seen dining with Ben Affleck, 44, and afterward they went back to his house, where she was presumably staying. Paparazzi went nuts because gossip is scarce in July and a romance for Affleck is a BIG scoop. Speculation is exploding that Lindsay might be the real cause of Affleck’s divorce. They met three years ago when they were both married – now they’re both single. Suddenly, Lindsay’s life will never be the same. (It IS nice that they’re somewhat age appropriate…)

Paris Hilton arrived at LAX holding hands with her new guy, actor Chris Zylka. Paris just celebrated her 36 birthday at a big party in NYC with Chris, who’s only five years younger. He’s definitely her type – tall and model-ish looking, AND he’s a series regular on The Leftovers. Even her little dog looks happy. Paris should be warned, however, that Chris caught his last girlfriend cheating and he let her have it on Twitter. It wasn’t pretty.

It’s fun to think about Maria Shriver’s reaction to the news that her clean-cut son Patrick, 21, and Miley Cyrus, 21, have a budding “friendship.” Miley’s hypersexual and openly vulgar performances, along with her off-stage bad-girl weed smoking image, probably aren’t up to Maria’s social standards. After all, Patrick is educated and reasonably well-behaved. And Miley’s success and money isn’t tantalizing to the Schwarzeneggers. Certainly Maria is keeping an eye on this relationship – she probably figures that Miley and Patrick’s differences will become apparent very quickly. Patrick’s father Arnold is unlikely to offer relationship advice – he flunked that class.

Maks admitted those were “the most stressful four seconds of my life.” Not ONLY because he was afraid he might drop her, but there must have been an immediate attraction, only fueled by the fact that they were both seeing others. Since then they have both shed their mates, and the time is right. We anticipate plenty of fireworks in this relationship: Maks has that Eastern European macho temper and he’s accustomed to docile girls who take his lead. Jennifer is also accustomed to being in charge, and SHE has a hot Latina temper herself. This is going to be fun!

They look great together, and could become a real Hollywood power couple.
