Rob Pattinson’s arrival and departure at The David Letterman Show caused a huge uproar on 53rd Street. Frenzied fans and sobbing women had to be corralled behind blockades but they busted loose and police closed down the whole block. Through it all Rob kept a pleasant look on his face and attempted to acknowledge and sign for as many people as possible. He has a good attitude toward his fans. It IS odd that People didn’t choose Rob as Sexiest Man Alive considering what he does to women.

How adorable is Rob Pattinson, looking down and out, in this photo from the last days of shooting on the set of “Remember Me?” He’s not really suffering, he’s just ACTING, but don’t you just want to take him home? Meanwhile, San Diego is bracing itself for Rob’s visit to Comic-Con on Thursday, July 23, where he’s promoting “New Moon.” The convention sold out as SOON as he confirmed his appearance. Rob Pattinson is trying to slip into his New York hotel without being noticed – FAT CHANCE of that happening. He’s just TOO photogenic. We had assumed the “Twilight” star was returning to Italy when he left town after the MTV Movie Awards, so it’s nice to know he’s still around.

If you look closely, you can see that Kristen Stewart is carefully rolling a smoke to share with her New Moon castmates, including Robert Pattinson. The cast is in Tuscany, Italy, filming now and they took a dinner break at a local restaurant.

ROB PATTINSON HEADS BACK TO CANADA ALONE

Robert Pattinson spent this weekend in Los Angeles and he ended up at LAX carrying his own bags for his return to Vancouver. The second half of “New Moon” resumes filming this week. The photogenic “Twilight” star wore his black hoody and black jeans and tried to hide his face but had to take his jacket off, thus revealing his recognizable hair.

EDWARD AND BELLA ARE BACK IN THE CAFETERIA

Hundreds of kids are lined up outside a Vancouver high school where “New Moon” is filming scenes in the cafeteria. Edward and Bella are back together and Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are cracking jokes and hanging out between shots. It WOULD have been nice if Hollywood had been more financially accommodating so the movie could have been made HERE.
