Mariah Carey must be in SHOCK since she learned about the plot to replace her with Jennifer Lopez in the middle of the American Idol season to boost sagging ratings. Mariah has a high opinion of herself and she threatened to sue the producers pants off. Although Idol reps scurried to deny the story, Mariah must be steaming. Of Course, Nicki Minaj must have found the news leak delightful but little does she know, HER days are numbered too. Viewers found the well-credentialed Mariah to be dull and not particularly engaging. While Nicki was more animated, much of the audience was turned off by her attitude. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the whole panel of judges will likely be replaced next year.

Anne Hathaway must be breathing a sigh of relief since Nicki Minaj usurped her role as “most Hated” on the internet. As ratings slip on American Idol, some viewers are happy to blame Nicki. They started website pages devoted to getting her fired from the show. Complainers say Nicki is “disrespectful, ignorant and self-centered.” Although Nicki is more fun to look at than she is to listen to, don’t blame her for low ratings. The show is just tired.

Her tasteless comments about Mariah Carey during their “feud” on American Idol, turned us off, but now Nicki Minaj has taken bad taste a step further. The 30 year old singer is obviously enamored with her own butt since she got those huge implants, and she tweeted some lovely closeups of her behind for fans to enjoy. She’s currently at a tropical location filming a video and the background is quite beautiful. (Above, the least offensive picture)

FEMMES RULE ON AMERICAN IDOL

UCLA students got an eyeful When American Idol held it’s season 12 premier viewing on campus Wednesday night. Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey tried to out dress each other – Nicki in skin tight neon colors, and Mariah in an alarmingly low cut gown. Mariah arrived late and let Nicki rule on the red carpet. They were seated on a panel onstage with Ryan Seacrest, Keith Urban, and Randy Jackson, but most eyes were on the feuding girls. Mariah declared the show and “unsafe work environment” and she hired six bodyguards, much to the amusement of Nicki Minaj.

We used to get a kick out of Nicki Minaj’s imaginative fashion sense and bold style. But it seems the more we get to know her, the less we like her. Her gangster-mouth tirade against Mariah Carey was uncalled for and to her credit, Mariah never stooped to Nicki’s level of vulgarity. Now she’s publicly embarrassed Steven Tyler by calling him a “racist” simply because he questioned her ability as a judge on American Idol. He openly apologized, but shouldn’t have, because she isn’t worthy of a response. Nicki is simply displaying her lack of education and upbringing – another candidate for charm school. (Above Nicki is in Sydney launching her perfume “Pink Friday.”

Mariah Carey took her little girl “Roe” (Monroe) on an outing in Tribeca in New York. Roe wore pink glasses and carried a stuffed bunny. Mariah is secretly pleased that the American Idol “feud” she had with Nicki Minaj left HER looking good. Whether the outburst was fake or not, Nicki came off like a common loudmouth and her trashy language just made it worse. At least Mariah had the sense to contain her comments.

The first time we saw Nicki with her out-of-proportion large hips and enormous backside we were in shock. We couldn’t imagine what kind of plastic surgeon would DO that to a person! You can never buy clothes off the rack again! Most women we know would kill to have SMALLER hips and butts. But Nicki is obviously thrilled with her new caboose and flaunts it at every opportunity. So it DOES take all kinds!

Don’t fall for that trumped up “feud” between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on American Idol – they are being PAID handsomely not to get along with each other! American Idol is well past its prime and desperately in need of some drama and glamour. Producers figured that hiring two musical divas and pitting them against each other would heighten interest in the show. But like other reality shows, the drama is forced and scripted. Deep down, both of these performers probably realize that these antics are an insult to women. Men like to perceive attractive women as competitive and nasty to each other and Idol producers are playing this male fantasy to the hilt. We’re betting Mariah and Nicki will become great friends off camera.
