The proud parents of two-year-old Daisy have had a LONG engagement (since 2019) but blamed covid restrictions on why they haven’t tied the knot. Now that the pandemic is behind us and travel restrictions lifted, Katy and Orlando intend to make it official this summer, with a destination wedding somewhere exotic and tropical and WARM. The couple have been telling pals that the official save the date cards will be in the mail SHORTLY, and to get ready for an ALL EXPENSES PAID super-fun soirée that they won’t soon forget!

The vehicle claims to go 400 to 500 miles on a single charge and it’s a serious rival to Tesla. Lucids rev up to 168 MPH and range in price from $77,000 to $170,000 – we’re assuming Orlando got a pricey one. Looks like he can hardly WAIT to get behind the wheel and take Katy for a ride…

ORLANDO BLOOM IS BROKENHEARTED

It’s touching to see how distraught Orlando Bloom is over the loss of his poodle Mighty. The pup escaped somehow from his Montecito home on Wednesday and Orlando has been a wreck ever since. Orlando and Mighty were inseparable, and often rode his motorcycle together. He and fiancée Katy Perry put up dozens of signs offering $5000 reward for the return of Mighty. Katy has a lookalike pup named Nugget, supposedly from the same litter as Mighty, so the dogs are bonded like their owners. We noticed the warning on the sign “DO NOT CHASE” – we have a similar dog and they are skittish and tend to run VERY fast into the middle of the street when chased! We REALLY hope Orlando gets his micro-chipped and collared dog back! Small cute dogs are the LEAST likely to be returned!

Orlando Bloom, 40, just returned from New York where he was palling around and checking out the female population with Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire. But his real true love – and he admits it- is his poodle Mighty. When he was with Katy Perry (they split in March) they both got identical poodles and Orlando is so besotted with his dog that they go everywhere together. Occasionally he and Katy arrange a play date so their dogs can see each other.

He looked at everything available and was friendly and chatted with several other shoppers before deciding on a large bouquet of white roses. Orlando married model Miranda Kerr last summer and their baby Flynn was born January 6, so he has plenty to celebrate.

Orlando Bloom had all the salesboys and girls swooning at Fred Segal in Santa Monica a few days ago. When he first ambled into the store in jeans, a t-shirt, and a hat pulled down low, nobody paid much attention. In fact, he had to hunt for an available salesperson. We were told he was “very polite and sweet” and WAY better looking in person. Orlando was friendly to all the people who assembled to ogle him and despite distractions, he bought an $1800 Hermes watch with a black band.
