Bradley Cooper and his model girlfriend Irina Shayk found the secret to a successful split when it comes to kids. They each assume custody of their little girl Lea, 2, when the other is working, and Lea spends most of her time in New York. When Lea was first born, Bradley was working nonstop and Irina had to put her modeling career on hold to care for their baby. She wasn’t happy and that contributed to their break-up. Now they’ve divided the childcare, and Irina just returned from Fashion Weeks in Milan and Paris. Bradley spent the weeks bonding with Lea and her scooter. All three had lunch together in New York today.

Amanda Bynes was spotted on 3rd street today and we feel awful for her parents. According to TMZ they have give up on her conservatorship and plan to move to Texas. Amanda is holding a huge grudge against her parents because of the conservatorship, and they hope to rebuild a relationship. Her conservatorship has been turned over to a mental health expert. It seems so hopeless – Amanda denies that she needs help and seems more delusional every day. With luck, she’ll be stopped from frittering away all her savings, but it doesn’t look good.

Wendy Williams is making all her dreams come true and she loves sharing her good times with her parents Thomas and Shirley. She took her mother and father on a shopping spree at Barneys New York and lunch at the store’s posh restaurant Fred’s. Jessica’s mother Tina cannot STAND to be in the same room with her former husband, and Jessica is clearly torn. She’s always been close to her dad AND mother and she wants them both at her wedding. Jimmy Kimmel’s parents were truly astonished when he had them ejected from the Nokia Theater in the middle of the Emmys. After his talk show failed to win an Emmy, Jimmy riffed about the fact that his parents had always told him that he could do ANYTHING he set his mind to, but it turned out “You lied to me!” Real security guards appeared and they roughly escorted the Kimmels OUT of the audience. According to Merle Ginsberg at The Hollywood Reporter, their son had NOT told them about this bit because he wanted them to look totally shocked – and they DID. They were able to return to their seats in half an hour.

While Jessica Simpson is in New York showing off her “astounding” (?) weight loss, her mother Tina visited a divorce lawyer and instructed him to file in California. It may be a done deal as you read this, or still in the works. Joe Simpson and Tina have been separated for a few months, coincidentally or not, since he was caught sending “suspicious” messages on Twitter. Year ago, Tina and Joe divided up their daughter’s career management – Joe managed Jessica’s show business career and Tina took over her merchandising business. Jessica’s acting career fizzled but her branded merchandise has brought in hundreds of millions of dollars, making her mother VERY RICH. Joe has leased a condo on the beach in the Venice area and Tina is still living in their Encino house.

The biological parents of Michael Jackson’s kids must be getting concerned about their welfare now. Debbie Rowe was happy having Katherine Jackson care for the kids but she’s not sure about cousin TJ. She wants more information about the situation. We noted the resemblance between Prince Jackson and Dr Arnold Klein growing more obvious every day and decided he was the test-tube biological father, although he will not confirm or deny. (No doubt there were documents signed.) Paris seems to have inherited Debbie Rowe’s blue eyes but not her hefty size. Surely both parents are having second thoughts about the well being of the children considering the Jackson family chaos. Will this bring the REAL parents out in the open?

It’s been a tough couple of weeks, but Katie Holmes has emerged triumphant. Tom is off filming another movie and Katie and her mother took Suri to the petting zoo in Central Park for a special treat. She took delight in feeding the sheep. Katie’ supportive parents must be very relieved that the worst is over and they can spend all the time they want with their granddaughter.
