MARK ZUCKERBERG IS STILL SAYING HE’S SORRY

Nice to see Mark Zuckerberg spiffed up in a navy suit and tie, appropriate to his position as CEO of Facebook. He was probably the most famous of the 50 or so CEO’s from the world’s biggest tech firms who showed up at the Tech For Good summit in Paris. French President Emmanuel Macron, who is very tech savvy, arranged the summit because he believes that with power comes social responsibility. He emphasized that he welcomes innovation but also regulation and working for the common good. As automation replaces jobs he wants employers to be responsible for retraining employees and focusing on the most at-risk segment of the population. Hopefully he planted some seeds of conscience…

Angelina Jolie Kids Le Louvre Paris

ANGELINA AND HER ENTOURAGE TAKE PARIS BY STORM

It’s always a big production when Angelina Jolie and her six kids and entourage go out in public. Somehow, the paparazzi are always there. She’s getting a lot done on her brief trip to Paris – she’s filming a perfume ad for Guerlain, she had a meeting with President Macron’s wife discussing Syrian refugees, and above, she’s taking the kids to Le Louvre Museum. The fact that she’s wearing HIGH HEELS to walk through a museum makes us wonder if this is just a photo op. (Angelina wears flat shoes to Disneyland.) We bet Brad will be a little envious when he sees this…

Father Paris Teri Hatcher

WE SHOULD ALL BE AS LUCKY AS TERI HATCHER

Former Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher just looks SO happy having a father-daughter day touring Paris with her father Owen Hatcher. They visited several landmarks – a museum, the Palais Royal Gardens and Notre Dame, and they walked the Parisian streets, stopping for a pick–me-up at a patisserie. Owen is a retired nuclear physicist and Teri has been in Vancouver filming her new series Supergirl, in which she plays a villain. Teri’s parents moved from their northern California home to be closer to Teri and her daughter Emerson.

Kim Kardashian Paris Robbery Suspicious Behavior

NOT MUCH BOO-HOOING FOR THE VICTIMIZED KIM KARDASHIAN

A home invasion robbery is a terrible thing, but for some reason Kim Kardashian is not getting much sympathy. Is it because people, including her former bodyguard, think the whole situation is suspicious and might be a PR stunt? Or is it because Kim is in the habit of flaunting her wealth and detailing her lavish whereabouts online to the point of almost ASKING for trouble? The robbery was so intricately planned that it seems to be an inside job. These crooks knew EXACTLY how to access her Paris home and where to find the valuables. And Kim, unmolested, was able to free herself from the tape and get help after they left. Yes, everyone seems to smell a fish of some kind! Even Ryan Lochte.

KIM KARDASHIAN OUTSLUT-WALKED AMBER ROSE

Kim Kardashian proved you don’t have to take part in the Slut Walk to look like one. While the Amber Rose event took place in LA, Kim was giving Fashion Week Parisians an eyeful when she went out to dinner with her family. Kanye West is apparently very busy dreaming up new ways for his wife to expose herself, and he’s outdone himself this time around. (Coincidentally or not, Kanye used to dress his then-girlfriend Amber Rose also) We wonder what the French fashion writers will say about THIS dinner outfit. Is she giving America a bad name?

SELENA GOMEZ GIVES PARIS SOMETHING TO LOOK AT

They don’t make ‘em any cuter than Selena Gomez, but she never seems to be as happy as she SHOULD be. But she keeps busy. She arrived in Paris for Fashion Week yesterday and she’s already been trapped in an elevator and had a wardrobe malfunction. Paris journalists are delighted to see that Selena has been changing her clothes four times a day. Her love life should be amazing but she seems to be haunted by her past relationship with Justin Beieber.

IGGY AZALEA: SOME CELEBRITIES ARE JUST PLAIN NUTS

Iggy Azalea hit some of the shops in Paris before returning to the ritzy George V Hotel. We can’t help but wonder WHAT WAS SHE THINKING when she put on a fur lined overcoat, shades, and SANDALS in the dreary forty-something degree French weather? SO L.A. It’s get-ups like this that give people from California (she lives here now) a bad name. At least a ditzy name. Iggy was invited to several designer shows, including Viktor & Rolf, during Fashion Week and we sincerely hoped she upgraded her footwear for the events.

Meg Ryan, 53, ditched her combat boots and sensible urban wear to attend the Schiaparelli catwalk show during Paris Fashion Week and she looks sensational. She’s actually wearing a Schiaparelli gown designed to her specification. Meg likes simplicity and this navy bias cut dress in no way resembles the heavily embellished and extravagant gowns in the show. Meg has a very specific style and doesn’t just wear anything that’s given to her.

MARIAH CAREY: AN AMERICAN IN PARIS

Mariah Carey looks healthy and happy in Paris- she has a large and enthusiastic number of French fans to cheer her up. She orchestrated a visit to Disneyland in Paris for her kids Moroccan and Monroe and she and her entourage left the Peninsula Hotel Sunday morning with the excited twins. Everyone wore sensible shoes for the day EXCEPT Mariah, who chose stilettos. (Ouch!) As she loaded the kids into the car it became apparent that her tramp stamp has been altered and Nick Cannon’s name was removed.

THIS IS HOW KRIS JENNER DRESSES TO GO SHOPPING IN PARIS!

Can you believe it? Keep in mind Paris is cold and dreary in January – the temperature is around 35 degrees. Hardly weather for SHORTS and crochet leggings. Does Kris think she’s a runway model? What must the employees at stores like Chanel and Dior THINK when Kris walks in? Is she giving Americans a bad name? Quite possibly.
