CHRIS BROWN CALLS THE COPS FOR A CHANGE

Since Chris Brown had his first hit album, he’s been having bad experiences with the LAPD. He’s been arrested and accused of violence against women numerous times resulting in prison time, probation, restraining orders etc. Chris has called police “idiots.” (We think he should have been arrested for BREEDING Pit Bulls and selling them online – animal rescues cannot find enough homes for the breed as it is) Ironically, this guy who has a powerful dislike for police actually CALLED police this week for the third time because a woman has been standing in front of his San Fernando Valley house and won’t go away. Security at his gate cannot convince her to leave. She does disappear before the cops arrive, but what can they arrest her for? Standing on the sidewalk is not a crime. Beating up women IS.

Morgan Freeman Police

MORGAN FREEMAN HAS NO BEEF WITH POLICE

Morgan Freeman is currently promoting his new film The Killing of Kenneth Chamberlain. It’s about the real-life murder of a 68 year old former Marine with bi-polar disorder who accidentally set off his medical alert device which summoned police. That led to a confusing confrontation and his death. Freeman also happens to fund a program at the University of Mississippi for evidence-based policing and reform. A Black Enterprise reporter asked Freeman how he felt about de-funding the police and was surprised when Morgan declared “I am NOT in favor of de-funding police- despite current negativity, police work is necessary and most of them are guys just doing their job!”

Demonstration Lorenzo Lamas Police President Scott Baio

LORENZO LAMAS AND SCOTT BAIO SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT

Lorenzo Lamas made a surprise appearance in Beverly Hills this afternoon. Three or four hundred protesters marched from West Hollywood to Beverly Hills today in an event organized by #Walk Away Foundation. The rally was planned to support president Trump and law enforcement. Lorenzo and Scott Baio were among the speakers at the event. Not enough masks to suit us, but fortunately, no looting.

Paparazzi Police Shia LaBeouf

SHIA LABEOUF IS REBUFFED BY COPS!

Shia LaBeouf became irate when he noticed a photographer in the street in front of his house. He confronted him and threatened to call the police if he did not leave immediately. The paparazzo insisted he wasn’t breaking any laws and refused to cooperate. So Shia planted himself in front of the guy’s car so he COULDN’T leave, while he called the cops. Surprisingly, police DID arrive, and calmly evaluated the situation. And came up with a sensible solution. They suggested that Shia go back into his house!

TIFFANY HADDISH AND HER LOUSY EXCUSE FOR WEARING FUR

A few months age, Tiffany Haddish posted a photo of herself wearing a fur vest on Instagram, happily explaining “I’m going to wear fur every day until the police stop killing black >people. So sorry PETA, don’t be mad at me – be mad at the police!” Kareem Abdul Jabbar questioned the connection between wearing fur and stopping police brutality against people of color in The Hollywood Reporter. He pointed out ”Those committing brutality against other humans aren’t going to be concerned about brutality against animals. And how does needlessly harming an animal for no other reason than to gild one’s ego improve humanity? Jabbar finds Tiffany “charming and talented” but he felt her form of free speech might make the public take the issue of police brutality less seriously. And he doesn’t like the idea of wearing fur, either…

Busted Church Kanye West Police

KANYE WEST “CHURCH” SERVICES BUSTED BY COPS!

Looks like some of Kanye West’s Calabasas neighbors aren’t crazy about gospel music, because they called the cops Sunday, complaining that it was too LOUD! Kanye’s invitation only “church” services are held outdoors and a very large choir accompanies the musicians. Maybe the choir just got TOO BIG, but when police arrived to ask them to turn down the volume, the celebrities couldn’t get away fast enough – Chris Rock and his daughters, Courtney Love, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Rick Rubin etc scooted to their cars. Do you suppose they pass a collection plate around during these services?

JAIME KING: BLAME THE PAPARAZZI!

My Bloody Valentine actress Jaime King, 38, had an unnerving experience in Beverly Hills today. Jaime was driving in her Mercedes with a friend and her child in the back seat when a crazed man with a skateboard jumped in front of her car and smashed the windshield and then went to the back and broke the back window. He then zoomed off and left her shaken. Police came quickly and took a report and calmed her down. We felt sorry for her until she angrily turned to the paparazzi who had gathered and announced that she was pressing charges against all of THEM because her child was nearby.

Chris Brown Guns and Drugs Police

CHRIS BROWN IS THE EPITOME OF RICH AND STUPID

He’s lucky enough to live in this beautiful home, but Chris Brown acts like a thug in training. Brutalizing Rihanna was not enough – his various crimes since then include BREEDING Pit Bulls – while animal rescues are loaded with homeless ones. His friends are questionable at best and his attitude is obnoxious. Guns and drugs? This lengthy police standoff should never have happened – Brown could have dealt with the situation like an adult. He insists it all happened because he’s black.

Documentary Murder Police Ronni Chasen

BEVERLY HILLS COPS DON’T WANT TO SHARE THE RONNI CHASEN CRIME FILES

Many of us in Hollywood have never accepted the Beverly Hills Police Department’s explanation for the death of publicist Ronni Chasen. We all knew Ronni – she chatted up everyone – even tabloid reporters. She was supposedly shot while driving home – by a transient on a bicycle for no apparent reason. The transient later committed suicide at his flophouse. Case closed. Many alternative theories exist, and the police investigation was not satisfying. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a documentary is being made about the crime and the BHPD won’t release the case files, so the filmmaker, Ryan Katzenbach, is suing for access. While researching the project, Katzenbach noted that cops did NOT bother to interview any of Chasen’s close friends. This doc could turn out to be very revealing.

America's Most Wanted Beverly Hills Bicycle Crimes and Misdemeanors Gun Harold Smith Murder Police Ronni Chasen

HOW DID HAROLD SMITH SHOOT RONNI CHASEN FROM A BICYCLE?

Incredulous reporters quizzed the Beverly Hills police at their press conference today – everyone was flabbergasted to hear that the bullets that killed Ronni Chasen match the gun that Harold Smith used to kill himself. Cops theorized that Smith was desperate for money and it was a random robbery gone bad- ON A BICYCLE! LAPD has yet to turn over the bike to the Beverly Hills cops. Harold was certainly a good shot, but why didn’t he grab Ronni’s handbag on the seat next to her? Beverly Hills police played down the fact that they got the Harold Smith lead from America’s Most Wanted who received a call from a tipster. (Presumably the tipster will collect the $125,000 reward.) There are still a LOT of unanswered questions here so don’t put the Beverly Hills cops on a pedestal yet.
