What are the chances of catching Kim Zolciak from The Real Housewives of Atlanta having lunch with Chad Rogers of Million Dollar Listing? Pretty good, lately. Apparently the Bravo pair have been seen shopping as well as dining at Mr Chow because they’ve realized that they get more attention together than they do separately! As far as photographs go, two reality stars are better than one. Most recently they were spotted at Cafe Med on Sunset Strip and both were camera-ready, of course.

Oops! When Madonna reminisced about her “date” with Michael Jackson on the MTV Video Awards, she seemed to forget a few details. Back in 1991, Madonna was hungry to promote her documentary, “Truth or Dare” and Michael Jackson was about to release his album “Dangerous.” Madonna called Michael and suggested they maximize their publicity by attending the Academy Awards together. They met for a “private” dinner at THE IVY a week before to plan the event. On Oscar night Michael wore a diamond brooch and two gloves and Madonna was in her Marilyn Monroe phase with platinum hair and white fur. They made a big deal out of holding hands and posing for photographers, but the after party at Spago told the real story. Once inside, Madonna got bored and ended up sitting on her ex Warren Beatty’s lap while Michael huddled up with Diana Ross. After the party Madonna dropped off Michael in a hurry and hooked up with John Enos. So much for Madonna and Michael’s friendship.

If there’s one person who loves publicity as much as Michael Jackson, it’s Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier. (The difference between them is Michael doesn’t have to put up billboards of himself all over LA, the way Christian does.) Anyway, it’s natural that they’d join forces and Christian took frail looking Michael shopping on Rodeo Drive for maximum exposure. They popped in and out of Dior and Dolce & Gabbana, and could barely conceal their delight when paparazzi caught them in the act. Michael’s kids will probably get a big shipment of Ed Hardy stuff next week.

These Kardashian girls are not as smart as they look. Khloe Kardashian just unveiled her “Fur? I’d Rather Go Naked” billboard for PETA on Melrose Avenue. Granted, it’s huge, and it’s a very flattering photo (especially compared to the live subject) but that’s no excuse for aligning yourself with the cultish “animal rights” organization.

Ray J hasn’t been in the news for awhile and he decided to drum up some publicity by inviting Whitney Houston to party with him at Villa. The last time Ray made PR waves was in May when TMZ revealed he was kicked out of the Hyatt Regency hotel in DC for rowdiness and having a stash of drugs. Ray blamed it on his entourage and move into a Holiday Inn. No arrest. Ray’s mother Sonja Norwood is suing Kim Kardashian (Ray J’s sex video partner,) claiming that Kim and her sisters charged over a hundred thousand dollars to Sonja’s credit card. Sounds fishy, somehow, doesn’t it? Ironically, this picture seems to show Ray eyeing an attractive girl while Whitney is clutching his waist.

It was definitely a wake-up call to Victoria Beckham when she learned that her pricey jean line dVb has NOT been selling well. In facts Kitson owner Fraser Ross publicly chastised Posh for not making a personal appearance at his shop to promote the lagging line. Immediately Victoria pulled on a pair of her own creations (which we rarely see her wearing) and marched over to Robertson Blvd. Shoppers were thrilled, photographers were delighted, and Kitson sold some jeans. Mission accomplished.

How in the world did these two get together! They have a passionate love of publicity in common, so it makes sense that this pair would try to stir up some more attention. We’re guessing that Kathy Griffin suggested they get together – it will provide some tasty fodder for her TV show “My Life on the D-List.” However, at this point, Britney’s ex boyfriend Adnan is more of a D-lister than Kathy is. The pair cruised to Rodeo Drive in his convertible where they had lunch and shopped at Victoria’s Secret. Don’t think for a minute that Kathy gave up her billionaire boyfriend Steve Wozniak for Adnan.

We can’t help but laugh at the latest rumor about publicitymongers Paris Hilton and Benji Madden. They’re currently in Europe where Paris is touring with her so-called boyfriend Benji’s band Good Charlotte and drumming up press for themselves. Apparently there weren’t enough flashbulbs at their last gig so SOMEONE planted the rumor that Paris and Benji got engaged. Naturally, the europress got very excited, looking for a ring. How Paris and Benji keep a straight face through all this is a mystery.
