ENTOURAGE’S REX LEE CONTEMPLATES EMMY FREEBIES

There seems to be a lot of guilt involved in gifting suites nowadays, so the “givers” are sweetening the deal by donating to charities. The London Hotel featured a pre-Emmys gifting suite and celebrities like Rex Lee (who plays the long –suffering Lloyd on “Entourage”) were invited to fill up a designer bag with luxury items to be auctioned off for the charity of his choice. Nice, but we’re guessing those celebs didn’t walk away empty handed.

Rex Lee, who plays agent Ari Gold’s openly gay assistant on Entourage, had lunch with his boyfriend in West Hollywood, but he doesn’t look happy. ENTOURAGE'S REX LEE IS IMPRESSED WITH MORRIS'S NUMBERS

Entourage’s Lloyd (Rex Lee) had a secret meeting with – not William Morris – but Morris the cat, behind his boss Ari’s back. Actually, Rex is a cat lover and he’s doing something nice for animals – he’s backing 9 Lives’ Morris the cat’s Million Cat Rescue crusade. Morris, a shelter cat himself, has succeeded in getting 500,000 cats adopted since the campaign started. Pretty impressive. We don’t know if Rex adopted any of them, but we appreciate his support.

ENTOURAGE: FASCINATING AND ANNOYING

Entourage has been filming at Franklin Towers in Hollywood for the past weeks and the high-rise residents and both fascinated and annoyed. Sewer repairs in the building’s driveway were put on hold just for the filming. The lobby was blocked for four hours to film a scene in which Kevin Dillon gets into the elevator. Much of the filming is being done in the penthouse – naturally it’s noisy and there are lots of people and huge pieces of equipment being rolled in and out. We love this photo of Jeremy Piven hamming it up in a scene with the deliciously subtle Rex Lee.
