PETE DAVIDSON WILL BE READY FOR STARDOM IF IT HAPPENS

After spending ALL THOSE HOURS in tattoo parlors (not to mention the money) SNL comic Pete Davidson has been diligently getting his tattoos lasered off one by one. Ouch. He started with the most visible ones on his hands, arms, and neck. This is a big step for a guy who was ALL about tattoos, but Davidson has a good reason for putting up with the pain and giving up some of his hipster image. He wants to be a movie star! Pete says he never imagined he could become an actor, but he’s already appeared in two films – The King of Staten Island and The Suicide Squad and he LOVED it. But he had to arrive hours earlier than other actors to have his distracting tattoos covered up. THAT he didn’t like- so he decided to start the process of removing most of his 100-plus tattoos, just in case he has a bright future in Hollywood.

Brian Austin Green Machine Gun Kelly Megan Fox Rapper Saturday Night Live

MG KELLY GOT BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN’S WIFE AND HIS CAREER!

Thanks to his highly publicized romance with Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly appeared on Saturday Night Live for the first time this week. Megan Fox spent the week in New York with Kelly while he was prepping for the show. We can only imagine how Megan’s soon-to-be-divorced husband Brian Austin Green felt – he was back home taking care of their three young sons. (The 3 boys all have pretty faces like Megan, but they have very long hair and sometimes wear skirts) Certainly Brian must have felt some pain knowing Kelly and his wife were celebrating the musician’s TV performance. Remember, Brian aspired to be a rapper early in his career, but it never happened. We wonder if he allowed the boys to watch Kelly on SNL- it was on at 8:30 in LA…

Alex Moffat Jim Carrey Joe Biden Saturday Night Live

SNL’S NEW JOE BIDEN ROCKS

SNL did the right thing when they replaced Joe Biden impersonator Jim Carrey with Alex Moffat. Carrey had been appearing on the show all this season as Biden and stopped after he was elected. Carrey’s portrayal of Biden was rather unnerving and borderline creepy. Jim Carrey tends of overdo it and he turned low-key Biden into a seething madman. Series regular Moffat (last seen as Eric Trump) looks and sounds a lot more like Biden to start with, and he gently made fun of the new President without insulting him. He entered his scene with his booted foot and a cane and when he saw the camera he ditched the cane and turned a somersault to prove his virility. Looks like Maya Rudolph’s Kamala Harris character will obviously be the one in charge – she smoothly hustled “Biden” away to get the Covid vaccine.

Pete Davidson Saturday Night Live

PETE DAVIDSON SCORED BIGTIME ON SNL LAST NIGHT

Pete Davidson is keeping a safe distance from his human fans, but he cannot resist a kiss from a cute canine fan as he was leaving Saturday Night Live last night. Pete was quite a hit on the show thanks to a very clever skit about a “conservative” NY sports network that refused to acknowledge that the New York Jets ever lost a game. (The Jets lost every NFL game this season) When told the Jets lost a game, Jets “experts” Pete and Timothee Chalamet replied “Says WHO? Who did the scoring?” Told the NFL, the guys scoffed “We have sworn affidavits from 500 Jets fans who witnessed the Jets WIN- they have nothing to gain by lying to us!“ It was a thinly veiled -and hilarious -mockery of Trump supporters who refuse to acknowledge that he lost the election. Imagine if there WERE a “conservative” news network that refused to admit when their favorites lost – and dismissed scores as “fake news!”

JIM CARREY: TOTALLY MISCAST AS JOE BIDEN

We eagerly anticipated the return of Saturday Night Live for this new season – Chris Rock seemed like the perfect host (It’s hard to top Eddie Murphy from last year before the pandemic) with the added bonus of Jim Carrey playing Joe Biden. But what happened? Alec Baldwin carried on as his usual Trump – but Carrey’s inappropriate mugging was totally off the charts. (And not that funny!) Biden is HARDLY the frenetic, tooth flashing character that Carrey played. Joe is calm and subtle – everything Jim Carrey is NOT. Carrey’s exaggerated Fire Marshall Bill kept popping up in the impersonation. Since Jim (as Biden) is set for SNL for the rest of the season, we hope he can tone it down – and punch up the script to make it funnier.

MAYA RUDOLPH IS POLISHING UP HER KAMALA HARRIS IMITATION

We can think of one person who is SUPER excited to hear that Joe Biden has picked California Senator Kamala Harris for his VP. Maya Rudolph just got an Emmy nomination for her portrayal of Kamala Harris in several Saturday Night Live skits. Maya says her imitations of Harris have always been playful and fun – not mean spirited. Of course, now she can look forward to many more appearances on SNL next season – and who knows where else.

Alexander Wang Models Pete Davidson Saturday Night Live

PETE DAVIDSON IS LIVING A DREAM

As if appearing on SNL and getting the brush-off from Ariana Grande wasn’t enough, now Pete Davidson is officially a model. Obviously Alexander Wang has a playful sense of fun – he booked Pete along with the usuals –Kendall Jenner, Kaia Gerber, etc – for his NY runway show at Rockefeller Center. Pete, 25, sheepishly slouched along the runway in leather and denim pants to the delight of the surprised fashion crowd.

Alec Baldwin Donald Trump Emmys Family Saturday Night Live

ALEC BALDWIN HOPES TO IMPRESS HIS FAMILY WITH AN EMMY

It’s complicated when Alec Baldwin and his family come to Beverly Hills. Alec, 59, took his wife Hilaria, 33, and their three kids, Carmen, Leonardo, and Rafael, along with two strollers and two nannies, out for lunch and a walk. Alec is nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Emmy for his take-off of Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live. The whole family came to LA to cheer him on and he and Hilaria will hit a few pre-Emmy parties. Alec’s “Trump” character is already booked to open the new season of SNL.

MELISSA MCCARTHY DOES IT AGAIN

If this photo is any indication, Saturday Night Live is going to be a winner this week. Melissa McCarthy was seen in full Sean Spicer drag, rampaging through the streets of Manhattan on her motorized podium while SNL cameras followed her today. Looks like Spicer’s aggression toward the press is increasing. She was filming a sketch for tomorrow’s show, which she is hosting.

KRISTEN STEWART TO TRUMP: “HERE’S MY NEW BUZZ CUT AND DUDE, I’M SO GAY!”

When Twilight star Kristen Stewart was dating her leading man Rob Pattinson, she never seemed very pleasant or accessible. The couple obviously felt tortured because they were so famous and always swamped by fans. But after they split, Kristen REALLY moved on and started dating girls. She seemed to develop a sense of humor about herself and when she hosted SNL last month she came out as gay. (We’d love to know what Rob thinks about all this!) She also joked about Donald Trump tweeting back when they were together that Rob should dump her for cheating. And now that she’s bleached and buzzed her hair, we find her way easier to like and cooler…
