A few years back, Diddy announced that he was going to change his name to Love, and then we all forgot about it. Until now. His new name is Sean Love Combs. He says “you can address me by any of my older names, but if you wanna call me Love, baby, you can” He posted his new Florida driver’s license on Instagram.

You’d never guess that this fashionista was a football player. Justin Combs played ball at UCLA until his father Sean was arrested for attacking his coach. Justin was kicked off the football team but managed to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. He also looked like he lost a lot of weight today when he showed up at the Vivienne Westwood Fashion Week show in Paris. His 80’s inspired outfit with the jumbo shoulders and hammer-style pants reveal his love for fashion. Who needs football?

Storage Wars fans might be amused to hear that we had a celebrity storage unit auctioned off here in Los Angeles. Sean “P Diddy” Combs’ baby mama Kim Porter lost her storage unit when she didn’t pay the rent for some reason, and the contents went to Orill’s auction house. Bargain hunters (including our source) were thrilled to find rack after rack of furs, leather jackets, and designer clothes – Cavalli, Versace, Hermes, Gucci, Prada – despite being expensive, the women’s clothes were described as “slutty looking and very short.” There was also an abundance of Sean John designs for men. Many of the outfits were new with tags. Yes, there were YSL, Dior, and Hermes handbags too. The furniture was particularly gaudy – described as “Vegas style.” Lots of gold, alligator printed vinyl, and purple crushed velvet chairs with rhinestone trim. A nice peek into the private life of a celebrity couple. It makes you yearn for a new show called “Celebrity Storage Wars.”
We couldn’t help but laugh when we heard that Rosie O’Donnell and six “casually dressed” friends were turned away by security guards at the door at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ fancy Miami New Year’s Eve party. We picture Rosie’s buddies as being no-nonsense hefty athletic girls like herself – dressed in t shirts, baggy shorts and crocs. No makeup or stilettos there. Uninformed guards would certainly be prone to refuse entrance to such a group – they know their boss Diddy favors sexy hot young girls. Maybe if the gals had dressed for the occasion it would have been a different story.
Nothing is done without fanfare in P Diddy’s world. Four gigantic black Escalades pulled up on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood and Diddy and his entourage of 10 mostly big guys piled out. They browsed the street and Diddy walked into O!burger – an organic burger restaurant- and he ordered an organic beef-burger to go. (FYI-It IS probably the best burger in West Hollywood.) Diddy left with a flourish, and several of his pals waited for his order, paid for it, and delivered it to Diddy in his Escalade.
Sean Puffy Combs loves to spend money so he took 17 extended family members and friends on vacation in Aspen recently. He rented a $35,000 a day 800 acre estate and had a full staff of butlers, housekeepers, chefs, etc round the clock. Every night the group gathered together for expensive glasses of wine and lavish gourmet dinners and the parties lasted late into the night. Chefs were on hand 24/7 to prepare anything a guest wanted. We were amused to hear that every morning at 8:30 AM, Puffy had the same breakfast brought to his room: fried chicken, gravy, and biscuits. Then he rolled over and went back to sleep. Not a bad life.
Sean Diddy Combs quietly settled a civil lawsuit with a woman who was shot in the FACE by his protege, according to Fox News. Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, and Jamal Barrow were together at a New York club in 1999 when an argument started and Barrow pulled out a gun and started firing. He was convicted of shooting two bystanders – most seriously wounded was Natania Reuben, who just collected 1.8 million from Diddy. Barrow served 9 years in prison and was deported back to Belize. After than horrible night, Jennifer Lopez was advised to dump her boyfriend Diddy, and she did. THAT’S an episode she’d like to forget.
Sean “P Diddy” Combs REALLY had a good time playing a villain (above in handcuffs) on an episode of “Hawaii Five-0” recently and he wants MORE. He’s trying to coax producers of the CBS series to cast him as a regular. Diddy has a home in Hawaii and spends a lot of time there working on his music. He likes the idea of having a steady acting job while he’s enjoying the tropical paradise and he’s hoping they’ll give him a chance.
We ventured out to see “Get Him to the Greek” thinking “Oh, a remake of “My Favorite Year”– how bad can it be?” Well, it’s not bad (although we have never been particularly fond of Russell Brand) – it’s actually TONS of fun! Russell Brand and Jonah Hill are perfectly cast, but it’s Sean ‘P.Diddy’ Combs who steals every scene he’s in! This is not a little movie – it has a huge cast and extravagant visuals, plus a great script. The excessive rock n roll scenes and party spectacles are realistic and laugh out loud funny. We think this will be Judd Apatow’s biggest moneymaker yet.

Exotic and gorgeous singer/model Cassie (Cassandra Ventura) is being mentored by P Diddy and the pair seem to be concealing romantic ties as well. (Above, she was seen leaving Bar Deluxe and getting into Sean Combs’ black SUV.) He’s hoping to turn her into another Rihanna. Meanwhile, Cassie shaved one side of her head in time for the release of her album “Electro Love.” Granted, it makes her look more like a rockstar than a model, but what does her modeling agent Wilhelmina think?
