KYLE RICHARDS DRIVES A HARD BARGAIN

Kyle Richards turned lemons into lemonade when it came to her unexpected split from longtime husband Maurico Umansky. Kyle and Maurico waited to announce their split until AFTER the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills completed filming season 13. Our source told us this was a DELIBERATE move on Kyle‘s part since she and Mauricio had secretly been separated for a few months while the current season was still filming. Once she announced the separation, producers scrambled to get Kyle back in front of the cameras to talk about the shocking development. Kyle demanded a big bonus to resume filming since the season had already been completed, and apparently she GOT it since she resumed filming this week.

We were shocked to hear that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are separated after less than three years of marriage. Of course we want to know WHAT HAPPENED. We always knew Justin preferred NY to LA – he wears black all the time and prefers a more kinetic lifestyle. Jennifer is, of course, a real California girl – she loves the easy luxury of her magnificent LA home. Jennifer also has a swanky New York place that’s undergoing a LONG million dollar renovation. Her neighbors aren’t happy and one griped and spied until Theroux sued him and he sued Theroux back. No wonder Jen spent so little time there. Anyway, much of the split could be due to the California VS New York lifestyle. And NO, Jennifer is absolutely NOT interested in getting back together with Brad Pitt!

Christmas might not be quite as bad as it could be for Billy Bush this time around. He lost his lucrative job on NBC’s Today Show last year, due to his infamous taped conversation with Donald Trump. In September he and his wife Sydney separated, and he seemed to be jobless and at rock bottom. But he’s been seen with his estranged wife several times this week – and they just dined at the Grove with two of their daughters- so all is not lost.

Danielle announced that they were separated and living apart back in 2012 but no divorce has been filed yet. Insiders say his king-size ego is what cost him his marriage. (Boozing and chasing women) We were appalled to learn that Crowe admits he has smoked since he was ten and has averaged 60 cigarettes a day for 36 years of his life! He’s tried quitting and failed. We wouldn’t want to live with him either.

Today Bethenny announced to US magazine that she and her husband are, indeed, separating after only two years of marriage. Supposedly Jason isn’t as fiercely ambitious as his wife and that caused problems. Sounds like a good match to us, but you never know. At least the tabloids are thrilled!

The announced separation of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver after 25 years of marriage came as a shock to everyone. They seemed like such an enduring couple. The fact that Maria left their home and moved into a hotel makes it apparent that SHE is the unhappy one desiring separation. Living with Arnold must be a challenge – he is supremely self-confident and can’t understand anyone else who isn’t. But he has plenty of good qualities – a sense of humor, business smarts, and he’s a happy immigrant who loves this country and credits it for his success. Arnold and Maria symbolized the possibility of two political opposites compromising. Yet, we sense the rupture had nothing to do with politics.
