RAY LIOTTA’S WORKOUT IS EVERYBODY’S BUSINESS

We have to admire Ray Liotta for his determination. Trainers at Gold’s Gym are now putting their clients through their workouts OUTSIDE. Of course, that means paparazzi are delighted because celebrities are very easy to snap – often in peculiar positions. The Shades of Blue and Goodfellas star, 65, is determined to keep fit and he’s highly motivated. Not only for work, but Ray has a cute girlfriend 20 years younger, Jacy Nittolo, and he seems crazy about her. They’ve been seen smooching in several locations lately, including a gas station.

JENNIFER LOPEZ: MEN AREN’T THE ONLY ONES WHO LOOK GOOD IN A UNIFORM

Forget about a MAN IN A UNIFORM, Jennifer Lopez looks amazing in her NYPD dress uniform! And that’s not easy in those men’s shoes. Two days ago she was dressed to kill (and surprisingly covered up) at the Met Gala with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, but we think she looks even better here! They were filming a funeral scene for Shades of Blue today in a Brooklyn cemetery. Presumably a police officer was killed, but it wasn’t Ray Liotta’s character.

SUCCESS LOOKS GOOD ON RAY LIOTTA

Jennifer Lopez’s Shades of Blue costar Ray Liotta, 62, is in New York promoting the series and he’s looking very smooth. Last summer the Goodfallas actor caused quite a stir- he appeared on a UK talk show looking a bit rough and slurring his words. (He walked onto the set and the first thing he did was spit out his gum!) Of course, he was accused of being drunk. Maybe it was jet lag. For an actor with a history of playing psychopaths, he looks quite refined for a meeting in Manhattan.

Jennifer Lopez’s stunt double definitely looks like her from the BACK. And when she’s doing running scenes for Shades of Blue – that’s probably most important. From the FRONT, there’s a faint resemblance but one thing the two women have in common in this photo is unflattering pleated baggy pants. But female detectives have to dress sensibly for an active job, so that’s THAT.

Baseball Cap Ray Liotta Shades of Blue

THINGS ARE LOOKING UP FOR RAY LIOTTA

Ray Liotta, 61, must be feeling quite confident and secure since his series with Jennifer Lopez, Shades of Blue, turned out to be a surprise HIT. (He has high praise for Jennifer on Twitter.) Season 2 is currently filming and on his day off he browsed on Madison Avenue, wearing a Shades of Blue baseball cap. For some reason he decided to upgrade his headwear and ducked into the posh Loro Piana store. $400 later he walked out wearing a luxurious baseball cap made of waterproof, wind resistant cashmere. He tossed his old cap in the trash but we bet a store clerk snatched it out of the bin after he left the store.

Hard work pays off. That old saying “The harder you work, the LUCKIER you get” holds true for Jennifer Lopez. Her TV series “Shades of Blue,” which Jennifer produces (it took several years to develop) and stars in, was a big hit last season and she’s busy filming new episodes. At the same time Jennifer has a successful stage show running in Las Vegas. She’s no slacker and certainly no diva – Jennifer works as hard as any man in show business. Above, she spent a few minutes between takes reviewing the script while she was filming on location in a backyard in Astoria, Queens.

Ray Liotta, 62, is making the rounds in London promoting his Shades of Blue TV series, and his appearance on one morning show got people talking. Hosts were startled when Liotta spit out his gum on camera before he started to speak. Some viewers thought he was rather “out of it” during the segment and speculated that he might be inebriated. His fans were outraged online and defended him. Ray’s appearance was another point of contention – he’s been accused of having plastic surgery of some kind to smooth his face. We think he looks the same as always – and that’s mighty fine. He continues to have that great hair…

Ray Liotta, 61, brought his 17 year old daughter Karsen to the SAG Awards and she looks a bit like a young Dakota Johnson. Karsen is already modeling and hopes to get into acting like her dad. English papers are all aflutter, accusing Ray of having lots of plastic surgery, but it’s not so evident to us. The Shades of Blue star DOES have an impressive head of hair, however.
