It’s a miracle that Kanye West and Amber Rose weren’t asked to leave any of the fancy stores where they shopped in Rome, when you observe how he walked around – with droopy pants and his underwear on display! The pair nonchalantly browsed in Fendi and Missoni, oblivious to the startled people with a rear view of them. What must they think of Americans?

We couldn’t resist attending Julien’s auction of Barbra Streisand’s latest collection of items she doesn’t want any more. Apparently she LOVES to shop and accumulates huge quantities of furniture, art objects and clothing. We’re not surprised by the vintage furniture and lamps and paintings, but the personal items that most people would just throw away were up for sale too. There were two lots of unglamorous old flat sandals and beat up bedroom slippers that probably pre-dated James Brolin. Her loyal fans spent nearly a thousand dollars for the worn footwear.

Tokio Hotel singer Bill Kaulitz,20, can’t help but attract attention when he attempts to go shopping in Paris. The German band is touring Europe to promote their new album “Humaniod” and female fans won’t leave them alone. When Bill left the Plaza Athenee, he took a bodyguard along so he could shop at the Rick Owens boutique. Rick started with a modest store off Hollywood Boulevard and now he’s the toast of Paris. We wonder if Bill buys the women’s line or the men’s.

JESSICA ALBA BRAVED THE FRED SEGAL 75% OFF SALE MADNESS

We drove past Fred Segal on Melrose earlier today, and thanks to the final markdown sale, the place was a mob scene – but we were particularly surprised to see a group of paparazzi in the parking lot waiting for someone. What celebrity would be bold enough to enter the Fred Segal 75% off sale? The store is a madhouse of teenagers and their mothers yelling and grabbing t shirts and dresses and elbowing their way around with armloads of clothing. LOOOng lines at the register. Not a pretty shopping experience. The brave celebrity shopper turned out to be Jessica Alba and her daughter Honor. We’re guessing Honor cleaned up in the posh kids department.

Rosanna Arquette and her daughter Zoe, 15, shopped the Malibu flea market together. Zoe’s dad is hip restaurateur John Sidel, and she’s already developing her own style and has an eye on show business. Rosanna, you may or may not remember, was the object of Paul McCartney’s affection after his divorce. The age difference between them proved to be too much.

When LaToya Jackson was in New York recently she popped into Henri Bendel and was browsing with a man she’s often seen with – identified as her ‘business partner” (hopefully not another Jack Gordon.) She noticed a brand new display of DEOS crystal earphone covers (what every girl needs!) and just HAD to have a pair of her own. Her companion approved and she immediately pounced on the $100 emerald green swarovski crystal covers for her iPhone. Actually it was a sensible purchase because the covers also come studded with diamonds at a much higher price. Salesclerks agreed that LaToya looked “like a porcelain doll” was very sweet to everyone.

Stella Banderas definitely has a cool father. Antonio brought his almost 13 year old daughter shopping at The Grove – her birthday is later this month. Stella’s mom Melanie Griffith checked back into rehab recently and it was rumored that Antonio wanted to end the marriage. But Antonio made a point of denying any kind of split and insists emphatically “I’m not leaving!”

Damon Wayans does, and he doesn’t care who knows it as he strolls on trendy Robertson Blvd. Damon’s not all shy about loading up on clothes at Paris Hilton’s favorite store. He may be 48 but the last we heard, he was dating a woman in her twenties, so he likes to stay in style.

Chris O’Donnell‘s new series NCIS Los Angeles airs September 22, so he has to shop when he has time. It’s funny because Chris chose to shop on Rodeo Drive – but he ignored all the pricey designer shops and bought what he needed at Brooks Brothers. He’s 39 and has five kids so he IS kind of a Brooks Brothers type.

We knew that 90210’s Shanae Grimes loved to shop at Chanel and is a regular on Robertson blvd, but we didn’t realize she also loves flea markets. A girl after our own heart! The 19 year old Canadian was reportedly very excited about her vintage finds at the Melrose Trading Post in West Hollywood. She even brought her camera to shoot her friends shopping.

First it was Jermaine and now we have ANOTHER Jackson hitting Rodeo Drive with a vengeance! La Toya popped into Chanel and created such a stir among tourists that when she finished shopping she had to be escorted out. As the fees for interviews and appearances keep rolling in, Michael Jackson’s less successful brothers and sisters are suddenly IN THE MONEY and living it up. And this is just the beginning – when the personal appearances and tribute performances begin, the siblings will be on easy street.

Gordon Ramsay has been spending far more time in TV studios than he has in kitchens, so we were surprised to see him doing his own marketing at Ralph’s in Malibu. The temperamental “Hell’s Kitchen” star has had a rough year- he fronts a number of expensive restaurants that are struggling in this recession. And not long ago a woman in the UK sold an explosive story to the tabloids, claiming to be his mistress for 7 years. It was hushed up and his 13 year marriage to Tana survived (above with son Jack) and they’re shopping together in flip-flops.

SOMEBODY with a camera was peeking in the window of the fabulous Golyester vintage clothing store on La Brea and they caught Dita Von Teese shopping. It’s nice to see a celebrity who enjoys shopping and doesn’t only wear freebies. She took her time picking out summery sundresses, flouncy skirts, jewelry. and hats. Dita walked out with several shopping bags and loaded them into her BMW convertible.

Megan Fox attended the Transformers 2 premier in Paris and she wanted to shop and run around the city for the short time she was there.
