We’re not sure why those rumors that Liv Tyler is pregnant are still circulating because she looks trim to us. Liv, a spokesperson for Givenchy, admits that if she’s put any weight on, it’s because she quit smoking a few months ago. She’s NOT pregnant. Liv was photographed arriving at a party in the Hollywood Hills without the “mystery man” she’s been dating of late. She and the new guy took her four year old son Milo trick or treating on Halloween.

We were RIGHT when we assumed “Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl might be expecting because of 3 observations in a recent photo. She was sucking on a lollipop instead of smoking, she wore a loose dress, and she and her husband Josh Kelley were in a baby store purchasing a stroller. The twist is that she’s adopting! Katherine and Josh are expecting a little girl from Korea this week whom they’ve already named Leigh. Katherine has always liked kids better than she liked the idea of being pregnant. Hopefully she’s stocked up on lollipops to avoid second hand smoke.

KRISTEN STEWART ROLLS HER OWN

If you look closely, you can see that Kristen Stewart is carefully rolling a smoke to share with her New Moon castmates, including Robert Pattinson. The cast is in Tuscany, Italy, filming now and they took a dinner break at a local restaurant.

Michael Lohan (above with his 34 year old fiancee Erin Muller) has a new job. Lindsay’s father has signed up to become a spokesperson for the new water vapor non flammable E-Cigarettes sold on “SmokingEverywhere.com.” The electronic cigarettes are advertised as “healthy” with no harmful additives, yet they give the smoker a dose of nicotine. Michael told entertainment journalist Patricia Towle that he already introduced the smoking substitute to Mickey Rourke- who loved it. Lohan is hoping to get Hollywood hooked on his product.

These smokes are advertised as “additive free” which implies they’re “safe,” but actually are just as hazardous as other cigarettes.

PRINCE FREDERICK STINKS UP THE PATIO

Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband Prince Frederick Von Anhalt does not endear himself to other patrons at his favorite Starbucks in West Hollywood. Frederick, who’s a regular at 10 or 11 AM every day at the coffee spot on Santa Monica Blvd, doesn’t hesitate to park his Bentley free on the street because he has a handicapped sticker. He always sits outside at a patio table with a view of the neighborhood. The Prince was reprimanded last week by a Starbucks staffer because he had a poodle on his table and was surprised to learn it was not permitted. But according to another regular customer, Von Anhalt’s WORST habit is lighting up a big fat CIGAR every morning. The stink causes other people on the patio to drag their tables and chairs as far from him as they can get. And he doesn’t even notice.

A few years ago Hayden Panettiere accused a photographer of “photoshopping” a cigarette into her hand. THAT’S how sensitive she is about the fact that she’s a closet smoker. Whenever she’s interviewed, the interviewer is warned NOT to bring up the subject of smoking. And she’s been supercareful around photographers. But since she turned 18, Hayden’s loosened up a bit. She was seen taking a smoke break outside a Hollywood club with Jesse McCartney. Being legal still doesn’t make it pretty.

KIEFER SUTHERLAND: OLD HABITS DIE HARD

Talk about old school. Kiefer Sutherland walked around London where he is promoting “24,” with a cigarette behind his ear. Detectives in Mickey >Spillane type noir movies in the 1950’s used to do that. Also, we had an Uncle Herb who not only propped a smoke behind his ear, but used the cuff of his pants for an ashtray when there wasn’t one around. Kiefer signed autographs for fans and later retreated to his limo where he fired up.

He’s not used to being in places where smoking is allowed and it bothers his throat. He likes the nightlife there, just NOT the smoke.

70’s comedy icons Cheech and Chong are going back on the road together with their standup act and dope stories. They split up over 25 years ago but they DID stay in touch. For they past few years they mulled over getting back together and finally said “Let’s just DO it!” Remember, this is the team that inspired today’s stoners “Harold and Kumar.” Entertainment reporter Sue Facter told us that Cheech Marin, 62, and Tommy Chong,70, announced their endeavor at a press conference today at the place where they were discovered – The Troubadour in West Hollywood. They were surrounded by what looked like marijuana plants. The tour was almost called “Hey, What’s That Smell?” but for some reason it was changed to “Light Up America.” If all goes well a movie could be next. Tea Leoni just finished filming a movie called Manure with Billy Bob Thornton (it’s a comedy about a manure salesman in the 1960’s )and she was quite a surprise for some of her coworkers. The pretty actress, who is married to David Duchovny and has two children, was very sweet and down to earth but she startled people who didn’t know her by cussing like a trucker! Her potty mouth wasn’t the only surprise – she also smoked like a chimney! Despite her colorful vocabulary and chain smoking, Tea was still a hit with Billy Bob and all her coworkers.

It’s Monday and many of us suffered through a prolonged rush hour, but we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacle of Amy Winehouse caught in a traffic jam in the UK! Amy jumped out of the car to run around and ask other suffering drivers if they knew what was holding up traffic. Minutes later she darted around to other cars looking for a light for her cigarette. At least she kept the other commuters entertained.
