GEORGE HAMILTON GETS CONFIDENCE FROM HIS TAN

Whoa. We had to stop for a second look at this photo of George Hamilton signing autographs outside Craig’s restaurant. It’s amazing that a few men still hold on to that “too tan” look so popular in the 1970’s, despite medical warnings. George says he started tanning because women were more attracted to him with darker skin.(Tanorexic?) We hear he still uses a “sun reflector” today. Interesting that he hosted at least one of Donald Trump’s Miss Universe pageants – surely they exchanged tanning tips. George says Donald probably uses a spray-on bronzer. Maybe George will see this photo and decide to cut back…

Duane and Beth Chapman from Dog the Bounty Hunter are keeping up appearances by indulging in couples tanning at a salon in West Hollywood. They want to look good for their new 2013 reality TV series “Dog” in which they travel around and teach failing bail bond agencies how to run a profitable business. In spite of all the time he spends bounty hunting, Dog managed to have 14 children (2 are step-kids.)

THE TANOREXIC PATRICIA KRENTCIL DOLL NEEDS A MAKEOVER

The Tanorexic Doll might be the perfect gift for your tan addicted friends. Herobuilders.com slapped together a 9″ doll based on Patricia Krentcil, the tanorexic New Jersey mom accused of tanning with her 5 year old daughter. The company specializes in newsmakers and has had past success with Anthony Weiner and Jersey Shore cast dolls. In their haste, however, they failed to dress the $29.95 doll in more appropriate tank top and stretchpants and wedgies. (A suit and Frankenstein shoes?) She needs whiter frosted lipstick but the snaggle tooth is an adept touch. A bottle of wine in the doll’s hand would be a nice accessory, also.
